Let me begin with this. If the National Enquirer wrote a story about me cheating on my wife with five women, I had better be extremely definitive in my response; because if I’m not, my wife –smelling the guilt – would kick my ass. OK, let me also tell you that I wouldn’t be angry; in fact, I’d be ecstatic. It’s fun to count money from guaranteed punitive and compensatory damages in a multimillion dollar lawsuit.
But that’s me. I can’t speak for Senator Ted Cruz except to say that so far his reaction seems —well, not exactly definitive. He calls it “garbage and false,” not exactly a denial. Then he plays the victim, calling it an attack on his family; “offensive to Heidi and me, they’re offensive to our daughters,” he writes.
Actually, it’s not an offense aimed at your wife or your daughters; it’s aimed at you, Senator. Then, there’s the attack on Donald Trump.

Dunno if any of this stuff is truth, but if anyone lives a lie... they must be all in. You can’t live just part a lie. All lie or Truth... no middle ground.

All evidence to date shows Trump has had nothing to do with it although I’m sure he knows about it and likely more than we do. I don’t the think the other shoe has dropped yet.
Perhaps it is better for Drudge to wait until the other shoe drops on the story.
The scandal was not a trap for Cruz. It was a trap for Trump.
I also believe that Cruz is guilty of adultry. It coming out the way it did was suppose to white wash him by his blaming Trump. That is why Trumps denial statement was strong.
Cruz should have made the career choice of lorn star.

Ted’s only allegiance is to himself. He’d have been better at going with his second career choice as a college student.
Nitwits? There are not many issues that “conservative” Cruz in common with Jeb, Rubio and Mitt. Heck, his own wife worked on the North American Union. What about all his talk about being against the Washington cabal as he named it? Now Cruz is in bed with the cabal.
I am thinking he is not so authentic. He is the loss leader for the cabal.
You miss the mode of operation of one, Donald J. TRUMP.
1. He pleads “GUILTY, as charged” to anything and everything already on the record.
2. This is about rumor peddling, right? That is the subject, isn’t it, about who peddled it?
The Gateway Pundit, Jim Hoft already tracked these rumors to January, through news and blog reporters, from TEXAS to DC, who know who peddled them and informed the Cruz Campaign.
3. I have not said Cruz is guilty. The media will prove the rumors one way or the other, whether you like the results or not. I don’t care, either way. Cruz is not my candidate.
He belongs to the flock of geese whose back he rode all the way to the US Senate, where he then went right to work performing pony tricks for them, and immediately began running for the nomination for the presidency. The geese loved it.

That is a given, but it isn’t the issue, is it? No one knows at the moment if it is a smear, a lie, or unsubstantiated rumor, do they?
The issue is who, what, and when were the rumors peddled to media sources, at the Daily Beast, the TEXAS MONTHLY, the National Enquirer, and various blogs. These reporters, each and all report that the information was aggressively passed by an associate of the Rubio campaign, back in January.
These reporters also said the Cruz Campaign knew of the rumor peddling in January.
Beat that.
Lyin’ Ted never blamed a soul then. Now that it is to his benefit, he insists it was TRUMP. Lyin’ Ted unfailingly blames everyone else for everything that actually vets his sorry self.
His vetting was sooo overdue.

Since it is now clear that it didn’t come from Trump, at what point in that sentenced did Cruz begin his falsehood?
In fact these lawyers would probably take a case pro-bono...just because it is Trump. Legal action against the National Enquirer would be fruitless. They are nearly bankrupt...hmmm sounds familiar when it comes to Donny the Democrat Donor.
No, the real goal is to find any voice, text, or e-mail showing some sort of conspiracy or collusion in the fomenting of a false story for personal or company gain. It has been a while since I glanced at these statutes. They are very hard cases to prove....therefore only experts in that aspect of litigation would be able to even begin the process of legal action.
But Ted has some powerful and very smart contacts. Those who are diametrically opposed to him on every thing...would savor the chance to smack down the bully. And behold, the suit (should there be one) will take place out in Cali I believe. Home to the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals. Should the case go for Ted; I am sure the 9th Circuit Justices will be quite sympathetic ^*&^% (sorry, I couldn't contain my own laughter) to Donald Trump. Thus my reference to Cruz Tower.
