Cruz supporters are saying Trump called for riots if he's denied the nomination...The lie that keeps on lying.

You see, this is the problem. I didn't say Trump promised riots if he didn't get the nomination.

I am not repeating a statement made by others that I cannot verify.

Your question "How do you like it?" implies that bad behaviour is justifiable because someone else did it.

How LIBERAL of you, if you think that way.

Two wrongs don't make a right, now, do they?

And the whole concept of taking that wrong out on someone who wasn't committing the wrong in the first place doesn't leave any who do a moral leg to stand on.

It puts them right in there with the morality of those who demand reparations for slavery from people who never owned slaves, and who beat up whitey because of "white privilege".

It is just as despicable.

Be as you will.

And when the riots come through, well, let God sort them out.

“Putsch”... What a great word.

One that the American Electorate will be becoming more familiar with, if Trump stays on his current course.

It has been said that the entire World stands in awe as the most powerful office on the planet changes hands every four or eight years through the peaceful transfer of power.

That long run could be coming to an abrupt end in Cleveland.

If Donald Trump riots his way to victory at the RNC convention, it is all over for the Republican Party and the Republic.

The American Beer Hall Putsch is coming.

“DeLay needs to improve upon his math skills.”

The inside the Beltway crowd now uses Common Core math exclusively.

In CommonCoreLand, every answer is correct! (as long as it doesn’t hurt your feelings)

Interesting post abound speculating on situations and maneuvers by Cruz and the GoPe for the top spot.

Cruz is done, says the math, we’re now gonna find out if he cares for the country or if he just a GoPe politikin huckster using a fake conservative label for personal gain.

He needs to choose his words carefully, and position himself for the VP.

His political future and that of the country depend on it.

VP does not matter.

Why would Cruz want to be VP? He can do more in the Senate.

Besides, the numbers are not that bad.

For Trump to win the nomination, he has to get the majority of the remaining delegates, while running a strong second. Which means he needs to get about 53% from here on out.

For Cruz to win the nomination, he only has to keep Trump from getting the majority of the remaining delegates. Which means Cruz only needs about 48% from here on out.

This is because Trump and Cruz will be treated very differently at the Convention. This is the ways the rules are written. If no candidate gets the majority on the first ballot, the convention picks the candidate.

Trumps threat to riot notwithstanding, they convention is not going to pick Trump.

If Kasich stays in the race, Trump will get half. If Kasich drops out soon, Trump will not have half.

But that ain’t gonna happen. Kasich thinks he is the Indispensable Man, and he will have to get curb stomped every week for the next month to think otherwise.

Not a good choice if Cruz does. Cruz/Lt. COl. Allen West would be ideal.

Carson is already regretting the bargain he made with Trump.

Carson’s best place has always been Sec Dept of HHS. So he can use his medical knowledge to clean up the obummercare mess.

Kasich made his deal with the devil gang of 8 just like Rubio. And took Soros’s money. Makes him poison.

Honestly, it scares the heck out of this Cruzer to think the only thing standing between the GOPe getting their big government, open border candidate into the oval office is Ted.

Can you say L B J?

" 2) Trump is the only Natural Born Citizen of the United States who has actually won a state (during this Primary Race) that he does not live in. "

Gee... now that you mention it... Duh!

Thanks for pointing it out. :)

Is this before, or after, he makes a deal with Trump to exit the race, or before, or after, he makes a deal with Clinton to exit the race?

‘Its better for Conservatives if Cruz join his ticket to keep him honest’

Perhaps some Cruz supporters truly believe Cruz is honest despite many of his actions speaking to his dishonesty.

We all should have problem with his false ‘claim’ that his article 2 nbc status is ‘settled’. That should tell everyone that he is NOT being honest with the Americans!

Cruz’s dishonesty on this constitutional eligibility issue is unforgivable - reasons -

1. we don’t forgive obama’s lies about his nbc status, why do we forgive Cruz’s refusal to address this issue? (He was born in Canada to a Cuban father!)

2. He does not care that if he is the nominee, he will be giving the RATS the best weapon (his own constitutional ineligibility) to destroy our chance of winning the presidency.

3. He does not care that his trusting supporters will be crushed when the RATS challenge/remove him if he is the nominee.

4. He does not care that he might (if he wins) in effect steal the chance for ‘nomination’ from other eligible candidates.

HE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT ANYBODY BUT HIS OWN AMBITION!

That is how honest he is!

How can a dishonest person keep others honest?

The two non-establishment guys are DT and TC.

Ted Canuck Cruz, with Neil Embezzler Bush and co. running his show, is a "non-establishment guy"? I wonder how many voters would believe that.

Trumps threat to riot notwithstanding, they convention is not going to pick Trump

why bother to have a convention, then...just cede the election to the Democrats, whoever is the candidate...

trump’s actual threshold is more like 51.1%, meaning Cruz will have to do at least 48.9% to pull it off; this leaves Trump short by about 15 or so delegates...if some Deus ex machina (which is what would be required) with those number, it would be rightly seen as dirty pool, and the walkout would be a fait accompli...

>> Cruz can make this a two man race any time he wants. All he has to do is pledge that his delegates will go to Trump if Trump is ahead of him in the delegate count at the convention <<

Good point. But I think Kasich can do pretty much the same. So maybe it’s basically a game of “chicken” between Cruz and Kasich — like two crazy drag-racers, speeding toward one another on a dirt track.

Will one man chicken out and quit the race first? Or will both stay in and destroy one another? I don’t have a clue.

>> Why is Donald Trump talking about staging a Beer Hall Putsch at the Convention? <<

Because Mr. Trump and his sincere followers don’t think he should be bound by any rules, regulations or laws. Get over it. Nothing to see here. Move along.

I’d first like to know if Delay is working with Eric Cantor as a team of blowhard opinion commentators?

He said the responsibility for the actions of the protesters belonged on the protesters.

Why didn’t he just stop there if it were indeed his intention to blame the rioters...?

Why get into the weeds commenting about ‘leaders of the campaign’ and ‘setting tones with rhetoric’...?

he laid that concept out without mentioning Trump by name.

uh, ok...
