I still think its possible to recover from this since most of the previous attacks were political in nature, but if Cruz continue to blame leftist violence on Trump any good relationship they will have with each other will forever be lost.

Makes sense. Trump cannot be Cruz if it’s man to man. Trump will promise Kasich something to stay in. Cruz will promise him something to get out.

If Kasich gets out now and tells his supporters to go Cruz, that's one thing. Like Rubio did. I would find that perfectly acceptable. If then Cruz ended up with the most delegates, that's fine.

If Kasich waits until the convention and Trump is within a few votes of having what is needed and Kasich tries to be King maker all bets are off. The chaos will ensure Hillary becomes President.

One more thing, just as the GOPe could not win without Conservatives,(McCain, Romney)Conservatives can not win without the GOP-e. Keep fighting and refusing to vote for so and so and we get Hillary.

You'd have thought eight years of Obama and a previous Clinton Presidency could bring people together.

if Cruz continue to blame leftist violence on Trump

The lie that keeps on lying.

Cruz did not blame leftist violence on tRump.

He said the responsibility for the actions of the protesters belonged on the protesters.

Then he mentioned that a candidate is the leader of their campaign and sets the tone of that campaign with the rhetoric they use. Oddly enough, he laid that concept out without mentioning Trump by name.

Yet the lie that "he blamed it on Trump" just won't quit.

The traditional conservatism to which I was referring emphasizes limited gov’t, moral order, and tradition. Nothing to do with globalism or world policing. Trump is a populist, not a traditional conservative. ...not that there’s anything wrong with that.

Trump has two serious advantages in this race.

1) Trump is actually a Natural Born Citizen of the United States.

2) Trump is the only Natural Born Citizen of the United States who has actually won a state (during this Primary Race) that he does not live in.

Adversaries should not ever consider for even an instant that that issue is going away, because it ain't.

Cruz is attempting to throw this race to Hillary, and if Cruzbots cannot see that by now then they are plainly stupid.

With the culture of the country today, if you REALLY BELIEVE Trump doesn’t beat Cruz in one on one you are living with your head in the sand!!! You REALLY NEED to WAKE UP and look around you!!!

Your compass is seriously out of order if you think Trump is classical conservative on much of any front. Classical conservatives are for liberty and minimal government.

Trump on the other hand thinks the current government is run by morons and his brilliance at directing things will make America great again.

The federal government has no constitutional authority to be managing our health care. None. It is entirely in the states jurisdiction. Yet Trump offers an alternate to Obama care which is just another big government plan and “conservatives” are all for it. Hypocrisy squared.

Trump is just another flavor of big government.

Cruz couldn’t win in the south with evangelicals vs Trump. He sure as heck is not winning in the northeast vs Trump.

And there was a rumor this morning that Cruz wants SCOTUS from Trump.

It’s going to be a long week.

“And there was a rumor this morning that Cruz wants SCOTUS from Trump.”

Fine. Hopefully Trump becomes POTUS. But the GOP better win the Senate too.

Cruz won’t sell, he comes off as a kinda inferior LBJ. He would be having temper tantrums every day because Donald won’t give him his pony.

Reality is this, Donald Trump won’t hire a crony, not even to appease voters, i can see that. Many can speculate all they want in fantasyland but Trump has far better people already on a speed dial.

It won’t be Cruz, Kasich, Rubio, Bush, Fiorina. They should just take a 4 year chill pill. Better luck next time!

Sorry about that cough, Judy.

It sounds like you don’t want Ted Cruz in his native Canada any more than we want him down here in the USA, his adopted home.

What a sleaze. Just gross.

We should send him to gitmo and make him do a butt pyramid with the terrorists.
