Spread it around - hell we need Mercedes's - well actually McClarens, Bentleys and Aston Martins are de rigour here for the true upper set - and junkets and fine wine and beautiful clothes and manicures and concubines and congresscritters and eating in overpriced restaurants serving stodgy old-line D.C. food (our tastes are not really on the edge here). Life's expensive in D.C. We can't just go frittering taxes on the public interest.
