Remember, head to head competition is not accurate at this point. It's a long way to October.

Head to head polls have historically been wrong. We have the obvious examples of Carter being ahead of Reagan by 30 points in March 1980. Then we have Mike Dukakis with a 17 point lead over George Bush in JULY of 1988.

Then we have the 2008 race in which McCain always polled strongest head to head against the Democrat. In fact, I'm pretty sure there are many Free Republic threads from that era extolling us to vote for McCain in the primaries because he's our "only" chance to beat the Democrat in November. We all know how that turned out.

Bing has projected a five state sweep for The Donald.

If you want to take bet’s here on tonight’s winner, now is the time.

I agree. Why would the hard-core dems work themselves into fits of anger and protest Trump rallies, then sign up to vote for him? More likely, they’re signing up to vote AGAINST him, knowing that he’s the only candidate who could possibly beat Hillary.

It depends who these dems are. If they are urban/suburban white liberals, or college kids, then yes, it could be liberals messing with the Republican primary. But I seriously doubt that this is occurring in any kind of widespread way. These people are terrified of Trump. More likely, it is blue-collar democrats who are switching over, in which case it is almost definitely sincere. Then, the question becomes: are they Trump supporters, or Kasich supporters. If it is the latter, then they are irrelevant, since Kasich will not win the nomination. But if they are the former, then Trump wins the general in a landslide, assuming that a sizable portion of Republicans aren't too busy pouting to vote in November.

Great. I hope it happens.

Just keep in mind the spin games the media and Cruzers are playing.

Yes, but if those goods are built by slaves and shipped to a free country, where Free People purchase them, that's still an uneven playing field on many different levels.

A free people shouldn't prop up regimes which are using unfair advantages to engage in their trade. Advantages such as slave labor or near-slave labor, or widespread pollution, etc. In cases such as that, there should be a moral dimension to trade policy.

CNN reporter on location in a wealthy Orlando suburb said the votes were about evenly divided between Trump & Rubio. That should be strong Rubio turf, IMO. Another good sign for Trump.

Hillary’s main problem she’s taken very extreme positions in the primary that will come back to haunt her in the fall.

Trump has no such problem and assuming he wraps up the nomination tonight, he’ll be working on tearing Hillary down and making her unelectable in November.

That is if the other shoe doesn’t drop first with the on-going FBI investigation into her affairs.

About the only constituency Boobio has been performing well in is among upper class voters.

And if he’s splitting them in FL with Trump, its lights out for him tonight.

I think that is mostly a fairy tale. Tight Dem race in Ohio and after Michigan few will opt out of it, IMO.

We should see what Trump is having for dinner tonight. On the day of the New Hampshire and then the South Carolina primaries, Donald Trump had steak dinner. I think he has steak when he feels he is going to have a good night. I believe he has his steak with brussels sprouts and fried potato.

However, one thing that disturbs me is that Trump always orders his steaks to be WELL DONE!

Anyway, let's see what Trump is having for dinner tonight.

There’s a fairly competitive Dem primary in Ohio.
I expect these are anti-establishment Trump voters.
Might be for Cruz I guess.
Thanks for the info on the area.

“You can’t lend validity to a vacuous statement by adding useless hypothetical general election polls as “evidence...”

Those “useless hypothetical election polls” are the best evidence we have at this point in time and are at least more predictive then the hyped anecdotal “evidence” and over emotional conjecture Trump supporters put so much faith in.

Trump has the highest negatives of any candidate in the race and that includes Hillary.

Vacuous would describe your assertions better than mine as at least I’m basing my opinion on what facts are available and not limbic wishful thinking.
