Kasich Rejects the Idea of Rounding Up Immigrants Who Are Here Illegally
WKSU ^ | 3/14/16 | MLSCHULTZE

Posted on 03/14/2016 5:39:17 PM PDT by jimbo123

In a series of campaign stops today , Gov. John Kasich talked about tone, policy and the differences between him and Donald Trump, his chief rival for Ohio voters for the GOP presidential nomination. For Ohio Public Radio, WKSU’s M.L. Schultze has more from one of those stops.

The first question raised at a town hall at the military air museum near the Akron-Canton Airport was about immigration. Gov. Kasich said he supports completing the border fence and establishing a path to legalization for those here illegally – though not citizenship.

He flatly rejected the idea of the mass deportations Donald Trump has called for.

“You don’t actually think, folks, that we’re going to drive around in Canton Ohio and yank people out of their homes and ship them to Mexico, leaving their kids on the front porch. You really think that’s going to happen.”

The crowd, overwhelmingly, answered “no.”

No need to round them up. Stop giving them free stuff and they’ll know what to do.

Once they have some form of legality you have handed the Donkey Team a giant bat which they can beat you with. "Look, all these legal immigrants being denied voting rights by the racist Republicans".

The GOP will never be able to stand up to that pressure, so as surely as night follows day, the will all get full citizenship, and voting rights, and vote Democratic forever and ever in memory of the "Good" Democrats and to "punish" the Bad Republicans.

Kasich is too stupid to be President. Luckily, he has no chance. Even a brokered convention that delivered the nomination to him could not save him, the revulsion of the grass root GOP voters would assure his loss.

Unreal: 124 Criminal Aliens Released Under Obama Admin Policies Charged in 135 Murder Cases
Townhall.com ^ | March 14, 2016 | Leah Barkoukis
Posted on 3/14/2016, 5:27:03 PM by Kaslin

According to newly released data from U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, 124 illegal immigrant criminals who were released from prison by the Obama administration have been charged with murder since 2010.

“The criminal aliens released by ICE in these years — who had already been convicted of thousands of crimes — are responsible for a significant crime spree in American communities, including 124 aliens charged with 135 new homicides. Inexplicably, ICE is choosing to release some criminal aliens multiple times,” Policy Director Jessica Vaughan writes in the Center for Immigration Studies’ report on the data.

Important to note is the fact that this data only includes the criminal aliens who were arrested and released by ICE. It does not include those who were released by local law enforcement agencies or the more than 300 sanctuary cities around the country.

Vaughan explains that 75 percent of the illegal immigrants were released by court order, including those whose home countries refused to take them back, while the rest were released by the agency’s choice.

Moreover, the thousands of criminal aliens committed other serious crimes as well.

In 2014, ICE released a total of 30,558 criminal aliens from its custody. These aliens had already been convicted of 92,347 crimesbeforethey were released by ICE.

As of July 25, 2015, a total of 1,895 aliens have been charged with a crime after being freed by ICE. As of that date, 1,607 aliens had been convicted of a crime after being freed by ICE. The total number of new crimes for which these aliens were convicted after ICE released them was 2,560.

These 2,560 new crimes by aliens ICE released instead of deported in 2014 include: 298 dangerous drug offenses, 185 assaults, 40 weapons offenses, 28 sex offenses, 10 sex assaults, four kidnappings, two arsons, and one homicide. There were 1,044 traffic offenses included in the list.

These staggering figures prove yet again that illegal immigration is not a victimless crime.

No one has to round anybody up. What is necessary is for employers to be legally compelled to stop these end-arounds, for states and municipalities to terminate driver’s licenses, welfare, education benefits and this sanctuary city nonsense and illegals would be self-deporting in droves.

There’s your wall.

Then the Border Patrol could concentrate on drug traffickers, islamists and other criminal types to end this illegal immigration nonsense once and for all.

CONGRESS ARE THE PERPETRATORS OF THIS FARCE!

You don’t have to go round them up. Deny them any benefits and they’ll self deport.

It is so very hard for me to believe that the citizens of the beautiful state of Ohio would consider choosing John Kasich over Donald Trump! They know what they see on the ground, they know things are not going great in Ohio, they know Kasich wants open borders, TPP, and thinks if we happen to go to a brokered convention it would be , in his words, “fun”!

I really did think Kasich is a nice man, but he is certainly NOT the leader we need! He is ALSO a member of the “DC Establishment” along with Rubio and Cruz. Yes Cruz is no more an “outsider” than I am a “Young” lady! I'm old, and your handle tells me you might be old too. However, my brain cells have not left me yet! And I see your brain cells are in good shape too! I hope Ohio Freepers have brain cells like ours and vote for Donald Trump!

GO TRUMP!!!
