You weren’t the only one taken in by Ted. He lost me shortly after Beck at the debate where he and Rubio plotted together with the GOPe to take Trump out.
Slowly but surely, many FReepers are finally coming to the same conclusion about him.
After this, I’m not so sure I could even hold my nose long enough to vote for him if he happens to win the nomination.

Both Beck and Bush are citizens with the right to endorse anyone they wish...their actions are their own...
True on its' face, but in Beck's case, I don't think that Beck's endorsement was done spontaneously. In politics, almost nothing is. As far as Bush is concerned, it is patently obvious that currently, and in the voters' perception, the Bush brand, from HW on down, is probably irredeemably flawed. Ergo, bringing him on in a high ranking position isn't a wise move.
if you were a candidate and Mickey Mouse endorsed you, gave you a hug on stage then did something cringe worthy, how would you react? Disavow immediately?
If Mickey Mouse had a history of cringe worthy actions as both Beck & Bush do, then I would politely decline his endorsement. And if he did endorse me without my OK, then yes, I would immediately disavow it.

I wondered what he would have to say about people demanding their First Amendment right (half of whom probably aren’t even US citizens who are entitled to 1A!), to prevent legal citizens from enjoying their First Amendment right.

Rubio was on the TV a few minutes ago blaming Trump I had to turn the TV off, CNN is blaming Trump and so is Fox News normally I watch Fox Business but they go infomercal after 8 o’clock or so.

I think when Cruz hired the criminal Neil Bush and then hired the guy who tried to crush the Tea Party as his new national spokesman... It was confirmed to me that Cruz is fine with sleaze if it gets him to the Presidency.
I realized Cruz is a scam insider crony guy. A fake. I cannot vote for him.
