Well, it wasn’t in the Loop. I left my office on Wacker at around 4:00 to catch the train home, and I saw no protesters, no disturbance, nothing but shlubs like me heading home.
I agree. Scheduled event. On CNN they admit it’s been building up (at this venue), for hours. Plus all the “Thousands of protestors” headlines. Of course they knew, and figured out the narrative for the evening and weekend. The media loves this sort of thing. Most of them are agitators.

Yep. The Left has turned the election into a referendum on whether they are going to rule by force, and it leaves the GOPe defending the fascists. This is going to be a very hot summer, because the objective is to incite violence and blame the non-establishment side, and the media are absolutely salivating to help incite it. If Cruz doesn't handle this carefully, he's done. If Trump does handle it carefully, he's in.
I wouldn’t put it past the GOPe to instigate these riots to advance the narrative that Trump is divisive. Have you noticed this has been the media narrative the last few days and now this Breitbart reporter?
