Cruz says the responsibility for the violence rests with the protesters. How is that blaming Trump?
I saw it. He said that the responsibility for the incident rests with the protesters. That’s who Cruz blames for it.
And he’s right about the culture of the Trump campaign. It’s something many of us have taken note of for many months.
But in no way does that constitutte balming Trump, much as you would like it to be so.
Nice try. Cruz will lose thousands of votes over this single statement. I expect he will be back peddling tomorrow morning ... if he is smart.

I suspect some of the stuff LIKE CARRYING A COMMIE FLAG was going outside while we were in the building or perhaps while we were in the parking garage...I could hear the volume of the protesters indicating that their numbers were increasing, but I did think it was prudent to go to the ledge to look out and see what was going on.
Yes they are. Watching them this morning and they are supporting Trump, except for Juan of course. They are calling out George Soros, Bill Ayers (?), Moveon.org, and the rest calling them paid protesters. They also called out Cruz for blaming Trump. This whole thing only shows Americans that everything Trump has been saying is true.
I agree there was no “attack”
However, dude should have copped to what happened and stuck with it.
I don’t agree with him grabbing her arm, as I think that should be left to security, not campaign manager, if there’s a problem.
BUT I can see how he got carried away in the moment just trying to control the situation, grabbed her just trying to get her back and in the throng, it was a little more powerful than he intended and she’s a tiny thing....

it really appears that’s what happened. He just should have been honest from the beginning and not changed his story. That makes him and the whole situation appear shady.
And the fact that the campaign is acting like she faked the whole thing doesn’t look good on them.
However, considering the crowds and media around Trump all the time, I’m surprised worse hasn’t happened honestly... and to his credit, at least from my vantage point, he seems to personally handle it well.
Who gets the blame doesn’t matter at this point!
Liberal Propaganda outlets are spinning this into an anti-White racist movement of Black and Latino protesters. They’re branding all Trump supporters as white racist KKK types.
This could turn really ugly in a big hurry; they’re looking to spin this into the long awaited and much anticipated race war!
He hasn’t shown himself to be very smart, political opportunism aside.
I could not go. I would plant a fist squarely into the creep’s face. I could not resist falling to the temptation. I am told a well placed blow to the nose and upward can kill. I’d like to test that theory. Yes, I mean every word. I am sick to my gust with these animals. We have no country anymore.
