An additional four Ariens employees have been terminated for not following break policy, according to a company spokesperson.
In total, 11 employees of the Brillion company have been terminated over break policy and 14 have resigned over the issue.
The workers, all Muslims, say the break policy interferes with prayer.
In January, CEO Dan Ariens told employees the company would be enforcing the policy of two scheduled breaks lasting 10 minutes. The company said some non-Muslim workers had raised concerns about other employees taking unscheduled breaks to pray. Ariens said the company needed to address the issue to minimize the impact on assembly lines.
In February, The Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) announced it was filing a complaint with the US Equal Employment Opportunity Commission in Milwaukee. CAIR says terminated workers should get their jobs back and receive back-pay.
Ariens said he was disappointed in CAIR’s actions and would rather work with his employees directly, not with an outside group.
Twenty-eight Muslim workers have chosen to stay on the job and abide by the break policy, according to a company spokesperson.
Ariens makes outdoor power equipment including snow blowers and lawnmowers.
Wait, I’m confused. Are these “space ariens” or just “undocumented ariens” ?
Before any Muslim wants to stand up and react...if they’d go back to their Koran and review it....there’s one single verse which details that if you must have live around non-Muslims (western society), then you have a ‘get-of-jail’ free card to exempt you from all things Muslim. So you could pray at different times of the day and not break any rules.
I’m kinda curious how these guys make it in Ramadan. Once they start up on the 6th of June, and try to go for the daylight hours without any water, for 30 days...and get all dehydrated...what good of a worker are you?
I’d think twice about buying one of their snowblowers this coming fall. Disgruntled employees have a way of retaliating.
A lot of people shopping for a lawnmower at the big box retailers and know of this story will be none to happy to buy a mower made by muslims.
I sold outdoor power equipment. IMHO Ariens buyers want more than a Walmart Murray but don’t want to pay for, say, John Deere green.
I doubt these guys are union, but its got to be good money. Why don’t Amercans have these jobs? You know, people who confine their praying to weekends, breaks and home. Why are we changinyt?g our culture to accomodate these people from third world cultures? If they don’t like the infidels’ rules, go home!
Next they’ll argue that they beat their daughter half to death because she wanted to go to the senior prom. And walk..

There is a similar sentiment here in Idaho. The Chobani yogurt company in Twin Falls decided to dump local Idaho employees to give their jobs to muslim refugees dropped into the city. I've been buying more yogurt while dropping some weight since Christmas. There is no Chobani in my refrigerator. The shelves are neatly stocked with undisturbed packages of Chobani at the store.

The funny part was all this happened because the illegal aliens quit for more money and they got replaced with this mess. I guess knee deep in chicken guts is not a good job. This same scenario is all over the country. It's some sort of program with the government. Obama was planning on at least 10,000 Syrians imported on this program but I think it was shut down after the mess in Europe.

Also, a lot of Muslims have type II diabetes due to all the rice and other carbs they eat so they get really messed up during Ramadan. Worse than their usual weird psycho messed-up selves.
Remember that Obama made sure Muslims were not affected by Obamacare. There must be a large economic benefit to business in the waiver of those unaffordable health care provisions.

If you do that, you’re simply screwing a company that is trying to run their business efficiently and not yield to the nutball Muzzies. I’m sue Ariens will stand behind their products.
Fire them all.

I imagine there is some sort of job program in place for them with the feds.
I imagine they were offered monies by the feds to subsidize these moslims in the jobs.
