(Vanity) - Mark Levin, Isn't It Time To Get Behind The Candidate Who Can Beat The Establishment?
Self | Matrch 7, 2016 | mbrfl

Posted on 03/06/2016 9:14:56 PM PST by mbrfl

For the past 4 years, we've heard Mark Levin tell his radio audience that this time around, conservatives need to rally behind one conservative who can actually beat the establishment. As near as I can tell, Levin seems to have gone silent on that point in recent months.

As we watch the GOPe ramp up their attacks on Trump, borrowing from the Mississippi playbook of dirty tricks, wouldn't now be the time to rally around the only candidate who can take out the GOPe - Trump? Any thoughts?

I disagree. I really don’t think he’s the one candidate or that he will push the conservative agenda forward.

Economically he would be a disaster. And, if he is the GOP president, that would seriously damage the conservative agenda.

Not to mention he supports Planned Parenthood.

Well, he supports Planned Parenthood, but not their abortion services. He want’s those defunded. What, regarding his economic policy, do you think would be a disaster?

I don't expect men running for president to be totally honest or morally perfect. Such things are nearly impossible for powerful Alpha Males under such circumstances. The times and the challenges we face require us to seek out a strong Alpha Male to rise up to fight the evil that has taken hold of this nation.

As Winston Churchill said long ago in a speech before parliament. "Do not hesitate to raise up a flawed man if circumstances require it"

Today circumstances certainly do require us to raise up a flawed man! There are unquestionably men who are better in many ways than Trump or Cruz, Ben Carson is such a man. I admire Dr Carson greatly! but he is not the warrior that is needed to face the challenges before us at this time.

I pray that somehow Trump and Cruz can against all odds come together to form a partnership to save this nation! Two very powerful but also flawed warriors... they are the required strong medicine to cure a sick society.

The evils of abortion, greed and corruption in high government office will require all of us to do our utmost and pray our hardest to overcome them.

When I look back on the world as it was when I was a child and compare it to how things are today it seems impossible that we have all come to this sorry state of affairs :-( Not that things were perfect in the 60's because they were not... but at least people did not revel in their madness, greed and immorality.

Let's all pray a little harder for wisdom and guidance. I feel so small and the problems we face seem so overwhelming :-(

Mark Levin may need a little prayer time seeking guidance... he's been a bit misguided lately IMO

Supporting PP supports abortion, Trump talks like the liberals on this. He’s echoing Hillary.

On the economy he is for huge trade barriers - higher prices, cost of doing business, less competitiveness for U.S., lower standard of living.. it would wreck our economy.

And that would almost certainly lead to a liberal victory in the next election.

In other words, you don’t have anything.

You people keep trying to pump Cruz up into this legendary slayer of the establishment. You all should have more substantive examples than the same 1-3 specious talking points.

“He is a Cruz guy. Real conservatives are.”

Here we go with the “you aren’t a real conservative unless you lick Cruz’s feet” comment.

I still have some of the Cruz swear up and down that these types of comments are not made on FR.

Wait isn’t Cruz gopE? How can the gopE hate one of their own? And if the gopE hate trump how can he negotiate with them...

You don’t have to lick his feet to be a conservative but you do have to support him over a New York values flip-flopping longtime Democrat donor.

We’ve all done research on Cruz and that is WHY we aren’t for him.

Cruz has pulled one of the greatest cons I have ever seen. This resume is exactly the same as Zero. Ivy league education, check. Harvard law school, check. Editor of Harvard law review, check. Married to an establishment insider, check. No meaningful private sector work experience, check. First term junior senator, check. Not a natural born citizen, check. Foreign born father, American mother check. Raised mostly by mom. check.

And since when are nation building wars? Exporting US industry and US jobs? Legalizing illegal immigrates. Warrantless searches. Massive increases in H1B vivas, massive increases in legal immigration traditional conservative values?

Someone that went to all the right schools, someone that worked in the Bush admin, someone that married a VP of Golden Sachs and someone that is a sitting US Senator is not an outsider. Cruz is funded by the establishment, Cruz is working for the establishment, Cruz just as big a globalist as Bush was.

I truly wish that people would stop posting about a Trump/Cruz ticket. That would be like Jefferson and Burr; probably far worse.

I'm certain that Trump can find someone much better to be his VEEP!

Mark Levin is corrupt. He screamed at and hung up on any caller who mentioned Soetoro’s stolen SS #, the forged draft registration, and the forged “birth certificate.”

Levin’s legal argument for Cruz’s eligibility is: “Get off my phone, you big dope.”

Levin, Hannity, and Rush are all corrupt.

Cruz is a globalist. He started pretending to be a “constitutional conservative” several years ago, planning a run for the WH.

Trump has to negotiate with all kinds of stinkers around the globe, in order to do business. He is familiar with foreign laws as well as the BIG GUNS in many different nations; something which Cruz has absolutely NO knowledge of.

As a Junior Senator, Cruz was told how high to jump, which he often has and then lies about. Then there is his faux intrasigency, where he makes a "show" of something, which then goes absolutely nowhere.

Cruz IS an "insider", going along with the GOPE, and his supposed "outsider" stance is a farce.
