National Radio Talk Show host Rush Limbaugh joins Chris Wallace for an exclusive interview discussing his take on the feud between Donald Trump and Mitt Romney, and Trump's prospects in the election going forward.
"His dad did much the same thing against Barry Goldwater with a cabal of Republicans, establishment guys, back in 1964," Limbaugh said about Romney. "This is not new. The establishment not wanting outsiders, not wanting conservatives is not new... They were this way with Ronald Reagan before Reagan was elected. They tried to deny Reagan in '76 and they tried to deny Reagan in 1980. They're not conservative."
"I think with the case of Trump, theres a much bigger upside than downside, Limbaugh concluded. "A lot of people disagree with me on this but the people who want somebody not of Washington, it's serious this time. It's real."

Figures it took a talk radio host to come up with this information and not the much vaunted Mainstream Media.

I believe it’s necessary for most Trump supporters to oppose Rush now.
As for whatever other similarities exist between Trump and Reagan, Reagan was a conservative with class...
The GOPe even wanted a co-Presidential team where Gerald Ford would act a co-President with Ronald Reagan. That illustrates how desperate the GOPe was having that renegade, Reagan, elected.
Yup. Mitt’s daddy tried the same thing to Goldwater. The nuts don’t roll far from the tree
Unfortunately, after 8 years of a sex fiend and another 8 years of a homosexual in the White Bathhouse, it seems like Americans have no taste for class and dignity.
Unfornutately, in the era of Reality TV and journalism malfeasance, class no longer wins the day. It is time for conservatives to get a clue.
Back in Reagan's day, people still had class.
Who is Rush? (LOL)
If Rush thinks this is going to help him build back his credibility with at least this Trump supporter, he is sorely mistaken. That goes triple for the National Review.
Regardless of the outcome of the Republican primaries and the November elections two big losers are Rush Limbaugh and the National Review!
Ronald Reagan is another example. He is so smooth and so effective a performer that he completely won over the American people, Trump wrote. Only now, nearly seven years later, are people beginning to question whether there's anything beneath that smile.
Reagan wasn't prefect, I know. But Trump had not much respect for Reagan and its perverse to try to equate the two.
I guess your disdain is a cross Rush will have to bear.
Judge Janine, awesome rebuttal of Romney

Wouldn’t she make a good VP?
>>> it seems like Americans have no taste for class and dignity.
I believe they do, or a lot still do. They just don’t see it much. Sometimes you don’t miss something until you see it return.
True enough. That’s why God will step away from our lives when we kick Him out.
I believe conservatives have a clue - about what is true and valuable. That doesn't change with times.
Didn’t see Mark Levin saying anything about this. I looked at his Facebook and Twitter page. Does anyone hear him commenting on this?
Nobody’s comparing Trump to Reagan, sheesh.
Yes, perverse is a good word here..
I’m sure Levin will have something to say tomorrow. May very well be the focus of his first LevinTV program.
