Another Republican Candidate To DROP OUT Of Presidential Race!?!
The Political Insider ^ | 3/3/2016

But Senator Marco Rubio (R-FL) appears to be ready to drop a bombshell! With no explaination, Rubio abruptly cancelled rallies in Louisiana and Kentucky.

Now, political insiders are speculating that Rubio is ready to get out of this race and perhaps throw his support behind fellow Senator Ted Cruz (R-TX).

As a major Kentucky newspaper noted, the Rubio campaign isn’t giving details on why a rally was cancelled: One day after winning only one of 11 GOP Super Tuesday primaries, Marco Rubio has canceled planned appearances in Kentucky and Louisiana. Tyler Glick, a spokesman for Anne Northrup, Rubio’s campaign chairwoman in Kentucky, said the campaign hasn’t provided any more information about the cancellation. And voters in Louisiana will also not be able to see Rubio in person.

After a poor showing in the Super Tuesday primaries, Marco Rubio quietly canceled his plans for a Baton Rouge event scheduled for Friday. Individuals who signed up for tickets to see Rubio received an email Wednesday that the event was canceled. “In order to use Marco’s time as efficiently as possible before Saturday’s contests, Marco will not be making a stop in Louisiana Friday night,” the email read. Rubio originally announced he would visit the capital city on Feb. 29. The event was planned for 5:45 p.m. at North Boulevard Town Square. The cancellation happened so suddenly, the campaign is still registering people to attend the canceled rally.

Rubio, who has only won one state in the Republican primary has been the establishment candidate but has failed to gain traction in these final weeks.

Good that Rubio is getting out. It looks like Carson is nearly at the end of his very good run.

Yes, it appears that Señor Rubio is about to test the truth of that old saying:
You can’t go Foam Again.

Are you saying he is about to foam out?

I’m not aware anything official, although I am aware that he acknowledged that can’t go much further.

I don’t understand why GOP voters are so polarized that they cant like one without hating the other. Cruz voters hate Rubio, Rubio supporters hate trump. Trump supporters cant tolerate Kasich. Nobody doesn’t like Carson...

The Polarized rhetoric really backs us all into a corner. I like Cruz but I don’t have anything against any of the other candidates on the stage with the following fears...

a) Trump is another Arnie... All sound and fury on the campaign trail, but when it comes to legislating he will Roll Over like a doggie for the democrats.

b) Rubio will start studdering and repeating himself in random 20 second memorized soundbytes.

c) Kasich will Lose because Nobody likes a middle of the roader. Hillary will leave tire tracks on his back because he’s walking the double yellow line.

d) That leaves Cruz... He’s a constitutional lawyer. I’m afraid that most americans will not even know what he’s talking about. (What?! Starry Decisis? Who’s that?? Porn Star?) Because they’re informed by bill marr on HBO, they’re ignorant and miseducated.

And also he coughed up a cheese ball on the television.

Why should you care if you’re for Trump anyway. Rubio would make a good Vice President.

If Rubio drops out, it's lose/lose for Cruz.

We will find out how many of Rubio's voters will pick Cruz as their second choice, and how many will pick Trump, and how many will just stay home.

And if Rubio endorses Cruz, it will be the kiss of death for the anti-Establishment voters.

Cruz voters understand realpolitik. The enemy of my enemy is my friend. No one will abandon Cruz just because he gets some help in his campaign from someone they don’t like that much.

Did Trump voters abandon him because of the Christie endorsement or because he took on Giuliani as an advisor?

the man with the vision to see that the ideological paradigm is now globalism versus nationalism

+1.

Foam boy isn't cutting it for the donors. Once they turn to Cruz, he's done.

It looks like this may be true. After Jeb’s finance team signed on with Cruz, if Rubio drops out it will make Cruz the GOPe anointed one to defeat Trump. Look out Teddy, those duplicitous GOPe bastards will use you like a borrowed mule and then dump you like a major embarassment.

It’s no longer about winning outright, it’s about denying delegates to Trump and sorting it out at the convention.

Rubio getting ready to aid and abet the GOPe/RNC in keeping things nice and corrupt like they have become accustomed to.

Hard to see hard core Cruz supporters digesting this w/o a lot of acid reflux (and I say that as a person who donated to Cruz for over 6 months and finally switched to Trump).
