In his role as the donor class's darling, Marco Rubio has enjoyed support from the Republicans' media arm, Fox News. Throughout the primary, Fox provided Rubio with friendly interviews and key bookings, including the first prime-time response to Barack Obama's Oval Office address on ISIS. Many of the network's top pundits, including Stephen Hayes and Charles Krauthammer, have been enthusiastic boosters. Bill Sammon, Fox's Washington managing editor, is the father of Rubio's communications director, Brooke Sammon.
But this alliance now seems to be over. According to three Fox sources, Fox chief Roger Ailes has told people he's lost confidence in Rubio's ability to win. "We're finished with Rubio," Ailes recently told a Fox host. "We can't do the Rubio thing anymore."
Ailes was already concerned about Rubio's lackluster performance in GOP primaries and caucuses, winning only one contest among the 15 that have been held. But the more proximate cause for the flip was an embarrassing New York Times article revealing that Rubio and Ailes had a secret dinner meeting in 2013 during which the Florida senator successfully lobbied the Fox News chief to throw his support behind the "Gang of 8" comprehensive immigration-reform bill. "Roger hates seeing his name in print," a longtime Ailes associate told me. "He was appalled the dinner was reported," the source said.

LOL....love that, about Cankles. So true.
I wouldn’t be surprised if they try to lift up fellow Open Borders/Amnesty PAC puppet, freshman Senator cRuzio, while simultaneously pushing the retched Romney, of course.
>>Whos the next GOPee candidate theyre hoisting? Watch closely.
Before Mr. Trump even announced his candidacy, we Floridians knew what a scum-sucking traitor Rubio was.
Upon arriving in D.C., thanks to Tea Party backing, he immediately refused to even meet with them in caucus, preferring to meet with his new GOPe masters.
Then he showed his true colors, Gang of 8.
Then he rarely showed up for work, including membership on important committees for important votes.
Florida knew it had a traitor on its hands before Mr. Trump became a Presidential candidate.
We here in FL have nothing but utter contempt for the creature.
Actually, after seeing his excessive sweat, excessive thirst, and rapid speech patterns, I think it might be a good idea to require mandatory drug testing for all candidates! j/k
Barring outright election fraud, and that is quite possible, there is no way real Floridians would cast a vote for him.
I’ve already voted........for our dear Mr. Trump! Yea!
Doesn't really fit what I see on TV.
First of all, Rubio was always a second or third choice after Bush and Christie. Maybe others like Perry or Walker were in there for a while, but Rubio was always the neglected little brother.
Secondly, when Donald Trump calls, every cable network puts him on. They might hate him, but they give him more free publicity than anybody they like gets.
>>I am try to cut marco some slack because he IS a conservative Senator
He’s MY senator, I cut him NO slack, because he’s NO conservative. He’s GOPe through and through.
Thank you so much for this reply I am still very worried GOPe is planning a scorched earth policy in Florida trashing Trump!!! ALL SUPER PACS combining funds to do this!! Can you PLEASE let us know how this plan is going there and how bad it really is!!! Thank you so much!!!
>>Boobio only won MN because of the GOP insiders there, the water or something.
I’m under the impression there are tons of muslims there now.
Add that to the GOPe establishment types, and you’ve got a Rubio win.
Oh, that's rich.
Why don't you put them to work helping gay men find like-minded potential partners.
I mean, are you serious? What a crock. And you believe them.
But even that will fail.
Haven’t you heard, everyone the tRumpsters don’t like has to be gay.
Rubio is not gay.
Rubio is such a scumbag. The way he’s been acting for a week or so is really, really low-life.
Wow, she is one beautiful woman in those pictures.
That would be a hard-to-resist female vampire.
LOL!
>>Can you PLEASE let us know how this plan is going there and how bad it really is!!
I’m probably not the right person to keep you abreast of FL polls because we are TV-free, haven’t watched TV in 19 years. Never paid for cable. No smart phone, etc. Only internet, which provides all the information we need...
I hope you don’t worry too much! If Rubio were to win, I’d be shocked and rightfully suspect election fraud. If that were to happen, even more Floridians would have their eyes opened re: Establishment vs. the Great Unwashed : ). We’d take those lemons and make lemonade! : )
Don’t wat5hc them, though Fox business is much better covering the election.
I just flick through channels to see what is on and if I see the Clinton hag I turn it right over.
OAN for me mostly now.
Is that twitter as I do ;t do twitter, but if I am reading this right then is this what Hannity put out in a conversation?
I cannot find OAN anywhere.
Saw Fox business last night and was much better than watching that hag Kelly
I wish I had OAN but NewsMax is very good on our direct TV 349 but it is not forgivable that apparently Christopher Ruddy or whomever even donated to the Clinton Foundation.
But Roger Stone is on there nightly, Steve Malzberg is okay, JD Hayworth was a former Republican Rep from Arizona. It is decent.
what cable company do you have?
See if this helps pal.
http://www.oann.com/wheretowatch/
I have AT&T and they have it, but I heard some cable companies refuse to show it.
One America gives you the news, no talking heads. they actually cover the refugees in Europe and the rapes and crime.
So much better and even then there are no AD’s. Instead they give you a few seconds of history like the Constitution or what event happened today in history.
