So Donald Trump while trying to get the GOP nomination will take the beautiful witness stand at in the very near future in his own fraud trial. Gotta love it. Let's say he actually gets the nomination and the other Democrat, Hillary Clinton, gets hers. We'd have one candidate running while on trial for fraud and another under FBI investigation.
What a country.
Here are some details:
In court filings last Friday, lawyers for both sides in a long-running civil lawsuit over the now defunct Trump University named Trump on their witness lists. That makes it all but certain that the reality-show star and international businessman will be forced to be grilled under oath over allegations in the lawsuit that he engaged in deceptive trade practices and scammed thousands of students who enrolled in his "university" courses in response to promises he would make them rich in the real estate market.
Although the case has been winding its way through the courts for the past five years -- and Trump has denied all wrongdoing -- the final pretrial conference is now slated for May 6, according to the latest pleadings in the case. No trial date has been set, but the judge has indicated his interest in moving the case forward, the pleadings show.

What’s problem poor “heights”? It wasn’t Cruz that carried out the alleged fraudulent and deceptive practices. It wasn’t Cruz that filed the lawsuit. IF SOMEONE MENTIONS SOMETHING YOU DON’T LIKE, some of the Trump supporters scream like stuck animals. So the Cruzboys are sleazy? It appears that YOUR guy might be sleazy. Too bad. He’ll look good in a fraud — and his supporters like you deserve to be stuck with the liar on the witness stand. I hope he has some good explanations. It’s a lousy deal to see a president who is a serial adulterer, dumper of two wives for mistresses and now fraud. It’s a shame. But he can be the GOP nominee because of people who scream about integrity and support the lowest character of them all.

The Trump supporters ought to thank us. We’re been warning them about their man’s sleaze. I would say this to his supporters: DO YOU WANT TO BE THE CAUSE OF HILLARY CLINTON GETTING TO THE WHITE HOUSE? Support a nominee who is on trial for fraud and deceptive practices — AND YOU DESERVE WHAT YOU GET. This makes Iowa — which was a phony scandal perpetuated by Trump fans — looks like a Sunday School picnic. I hope the American people can learn about this fraud case.

Well he did work hard to try and threaten the people trying to get justice for being defrauded.
I think most people here understand the difference between civil and criminal. Do you understand THAT IT LOOKS BAD TO HAVE A BILLIONAIRE, if he actually is one (we don’t know since he won’t release his tax returns), defrauding little people with a faux university? The Democrats can make multiple commercials off this one if Trump loses. Maybe he can for president in between trial dates.
I have a question.......remember when Trump has been asked about his hundreds of thousand given to Democrats? Well he responded that he was a businessman and needed them to make deals. So if and when Trump is POTUS, will his business managers for his company continue to donate to Democrats for business deals?????????? HAHAHAHAHAHA
If I didn’t love my country, I would almost relish seeing Trump get the GOP nomination and win, so he could push his progressive/Democrat baloney down so deep for his rather trusting supporters that they would beg for mercy.

I agree with you about Trump.
To me, the depth and intensity of his supporters for a man who has spent much of his life as a Democrat/progressive/New York values guys is rather appalling. These people are convinced that Trump is a conservative, even though he’s been a Democrat, liberal, abortion supporter for most of his life. Suddenly, he’s their guy — and they are convinced he’s Ronald Reagan. I hope the crud about old Donald comes out BEFORE, rather than after he gets the nomination. I think he would be a very painful nominee; after all, 60 percent of Republicans don’t like the guy.
