I am tired; my heart is sick of this crap. From where the sun now stands, I will buy no more Apple forever!

(Sorry about that Chief J.)

You mean Tim Cook stating that him being gay was a “gift from God” was not enough of a blasphemous comment to dissuade you from buying Apple junk?

Guess it’s just muzzie terrorists that Apple wants to protect.

Wonder if they’d change their minds should a muzzie terrorist attack be made on a Apple facility?

Some news outlets report that the San Bernardino duo used a third-party encryption package, so Apple may not be able to help even if they wanted.

If the terrorists weren’t Islamic, Apple would’ve complied immediately.

From what I read in Apple’s statement, the Feds wanted them to install a backdoor in all FUTURE apple products.

I am glad they told them no.

There is an architectural difference between iphone version 6 and all others prior. In version 6, Apple is not supposed to be able to break the phone due to the inclusion of an on board encryption chip.

Sorry, but I will not click anything from the NY Daily News. They are anti-Christian and as leftist as can be.

“....even if they wanted.”

And there ya go. Even if Apple wanted to take a stand at terrorism - they wouldn’t.

What do ya wanna bet if it was some Cilven Bundy or some other White Guy committing the terrorism rather than a muzzie - this would have been over and done by now.

All gaiety aside, I stand by the Constitution.

We want the information. Specific warrant issued for information, duly served and we are on the trail of mass murderers. Apple is blocking us from the information.

This is pretty simple when you look at it through the Constitutional lens. Nothing to interpret. Whether it’s a map or an email doesn’t alter it. Hand it over, and let’s kill us some terrorists.

Wouldn’t it be ironic if Muslims pushed Tim Cook off of the roof of a building just like they do in the Islamic State?

I think this is the fact that keeps getting ignored by the Apple cheer leading team. Apple has already done this many times before, and according to one article, admits they can do it in this case as well.

To correctly frame the case, Apple can do this, they just refuse. It's not a technical problem, it's an attitude problem.

Unlock the phone or be arrested.

The extra wrinkle is that the phone belonged to the county and was not the perps personal phone.

From what I read in Apple's statement, the Feds wanted them to install a backdoor in all FUTURE apple products.

I am beginning to think this is just Apple drummed up propaganda to justify their decision not to open this particular phone.

In the CURRENT CASE, the issue is opening this one phone.

If there is also an effort by law enforcement to force Apple to install a future back door, then that is a separate issue.

“Guess it’s just muzzie terrorists that Apple wants to protect.”

Apple saw what happened to GM. They’re paying homage to their god and master who sponsors and protects his terrorist BFFs.

After Edward Snowden, this is what the marketplace wanted, and Apple delivered it.

Good decision not to create a new tool to unlock this phone, which could be used on others of that generation.

For the iPhone 6 and on, Apple has no ability to do anything.

The government already has access to all metadata, all phone numbers called and received and so much more.
