Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia has died, deeply mourned by his friends and admirers, while liberals are happily celebrating his demise (in their usual indecent fashion). La Raza, radical environmentalists, and the affirmative action establishment are celebrating today.
Scalia's sudden death leaves a 4-4 split on the Court, neutralizing the power of the Court until a ninth justice is confirmed. But Obama might try to make a recess appointment, thereby sabotaging the Senate's advice and consent role. He has already done that with the fraud-filled Iranian nuclear surrender "treaty."

Justice Scalia's sudden passing may have been due to natural causes. But for the first time since the assassinations of JFK and Martin Luther King, Jr., many Americans are sincerely wondering what might have happened. They are not just on the paranoid fringe.
President Obama is constantly claiming unconstitutional powers, something that Justice Scalia opposed with all the intellectual force at his command. Meanwhile, the Supreme Court itself has come under serious criticism ever since Chief Justice Roberts issued self-contradictory opinions favoring Obamacare. Hillary Clinton is being credibly accused of national security felonies as secretary of state, and the DOJ and FBI are said to be at odds on indicting Hillary. If she becomes president, there is likely to be a bloodbath in the permanent government in D.C. A perfect storm is rising in American politics.
As we can tell from the jubilation on the left, Justice Scalia had hateful enemies, and he must have received death threats, which the FBI must now re-examine. The American public must also know on whose authority an obviously necessary post-mortem examination was avoided. The best way to restore public trust is to appoint a bipartisan congressional committee to oversee a medical pathology team.

At least a thorough examination of his body by a competent medical examiner conducted IN PERSON and not over the phone. Otherwise, for the next twenty years there will be legitimate questions concerning the circumstances of his death.
I’ve read at least three articles that said the Judge’s family did not want an autopsy. Leave well enough alone.
But you can be assured, THAT angle was already covered IF this is foul play
I understand the family did not want an autopsy.
Who gets to decide?
Further, the autopsy should include a team of forensic specialists, and should be trustworthy beyond question.
.
I doubt it, I saw a news clip early this morning of his casket arriving in Virginia.
I, too, have read that the family didn’t want an autopsy.
However, if someone got to a Scotus judge, then they could also have gotten to the family.
It probably should be a matter of public policy that autopsies are performed on high ranking members of the government, family or not.
It seems to me that until this is settled, this is a substantive reason to oppose any appointment of anyone.
Although I am very curious as to the possiblity of foul play, I’d have to say that the family has the right to decline it, and if that is what they want, I’m ok with their decision.
Can they do it after embalment? What about the family’s wishes?
I’m no conspiracy nut, but Michael Savage is raising some interesting questions on today’s program ... questions which, without a formal autopsy, will provide conspiracy fodder for some time.
There is no such thing as a “recess” “appointment” of a Supreme Court justice. The Justices are NOT “appointed”, they are first nominated, requiring the approval of the Senate, and NOT a simple majority. Per our Constitution.
If it’s to be followed as....sworn.
If... anyone will follow the law.
If... any in Congress or Executive understands the People’s great revolt that would occur if this proviso of our Constitution was to be ignored- because the media whores say it should.
Dunno what the rules on jurisdiction would be in this case, Virginia or Texas, then.
Can lethal drugs, etc, be found after embalming?
The body was flown to VA. FWIW. Accompanied by US Marshals.
We? Unless the author is Justice Scalia’s next of kin or executor, it’s none of his business.
If you smothered someone with a pillow and wanted to make it look like natural causes, would you leave the pillow on his face?
Exactly
Especially in today's more sophisticated black ops
This will go in the file drawer with JFK's death
Didn’t they embalm him within hours of his death? How can they get a good result from an autopsy? Hope they retained blood samples at least.
Great point................
