I, too, have read that the family didn’t want an autopsy.

However, if someone got to a Scotus judge, then they could also have gotten to the family.

It probably should be a matter of public policy that autopsies are performed on high ranking members of the government, family or not.

It seems to me that until this is settled, this is a substantive reason to oppose any appointment of anyone.

There is the claim that Roberts was “gotten to” over his two Irish adopted kids, adopted through Brazil. That was all over the net— to explain his unbelievable 180 degree somersault over obamaumaocare— where all the other conservative justices expressed disgust with him— especially Kennedy.

Supreme court judge dies suddenly in a hotel room. I think there should be an autopsy. If he had died at home or in a hospital, I wouldn’t think so much.
