"However, if someone got to a Scotus judge, then they could also have gotten to the family."

Exactly

Especially in today's more sophisticated black ops

This will go in the file drawer with JFK's death

Every report said he had a pillow over his head.

Some say they sleep that way. Had some on FR say that really is the way they sleep. But it’s just an odd thing to put in a news release. That and the fact that the bed hadn’t been undone.

He comes in the room. Lies on the bed. Puts a pillow over his head. Dies.

I guess that could be perfectly normal. He’s almost 80 years old, a bit overweight imho, and always seemed red-faced to me. One article said he had a history of chronic health issues.

It certainly isn’t odd for an 80 year old to have a heart attack or whatever it was.

He was an important judge but any case....with or without him is subject to being reversed.

Prohibition is a good example.

Hopefully, Roe vs Wade will become another example.

There is no evidence, motive, or means....the door was locked....
