A reality TV star surrendered himself to authorities Thursday to face multiple federal charges.
Richard Wyatt, star of "American Guns" on the Discovery Channel and operator of Gunsmoke firearms store, is accused of illegally selling firearms and failing to report over $1.1 million in income to the IRS, prosecutors said.
The reality TV show aired 26 episodes from 2011 through 2012.

Oddly I am not surprised by this. To be that “successful” of a gun dealer in a cut throat business is a rare commodity.

I had no idea he was arrested! - I just assumed the show was cancelled. I love shows on making stuff but I drift away because these shows never show anything being worked on - just fake drama and pranks and what not.
I had no idea - I assumed it was taxes or some such. I was not a fan just had no idea why it went off air.

The Chinese never get caught gun running because they know to separate legaly made firearms from those they acquire illegaly. Like, that, if one of them is caught, the whole company stays. It is how they launder the stuff or “dirty” it depending on their needs on each side.
The government is not going after the real bad guys, just people who mess on the paper work, destroying companies and businesses it does not like
