The FBI is investigating whether members of Hillary Clinton's inner circle "cut and pasted" material from the government's classified network so that it could be sent to her private e-mail address, former State Department security officials say.
Clinton and her top aides had access to a Pentagon-run classified network that goes up to the Secret level, as well as a separate system used for Top Secret communications.
Somehow, highly classified information from SIPRNet, as well as even the super-secure JWICS, jumped from those closed systems to the open system and turned up in at least 1,340 of Clinton's home e-mails - including several the CIA earlier this month flagged as containing ultra-secret Sensitive Compartmented Information and Special Access Programs, a subset of SCI.
SAP includes "dark projects," such as drone operations, while SCI protects intelligence sources and methods.

Most of us on FR have speculated that this was precisely the way it had to work.
And, as is established by this report, Clinton's "Team" was operating under her explicit instructions.
So, now we have Huma, Cheryl an Jake all participating in a conspiracy to mishandle sensitive intelligence data -- under the leadership and direction of one Hillary Rodham Clinton. Who, by the way, was fully aware of the consequences.
They are all going down. The intelligence community and the FBI -- much less the country -- can't afford to let this crime go unnoticed and unpunished.
I’ve been wondering that too .. and some of Stevens’ messages would have gone through Tripoli .. and surely that would have been part of the secure systems.
Not when they have e-mails from Hillary to her senior staff telling them exactly what to do.
She's directing a conspiracy to mishandle sensitive documents. Huma, Cheryl and Jake are her subordinates -- though I wouldn't doubt we'll eventually discover that Huma was operating for her own account, on behalf of the Muslim Brotherhood.
And .. even if the FBI indicts her .. it will still be Obama’s choice to pardon her.
If Obama were to do that (pardon her); I wonder what his conditions would be .. aside from Hillary not continuing her pursuit of the WH ..???????
The reason I think Obama might do that is because Biden is running off at the mouth lately about a lot of things .. as if Obama has been talking to Biden about what he wants Biden to do when Hillary is out of the way. Just guessing ..????
