Hillary's team copied intel off top-secret server to email

The FBI is investigating whether members of Hillary Clinton's inner circle "cut and pasted" material from the government's classified network so that it could be sent to her private e-mail address, former State Department security officials say.

Clinton and her top aides had access to a Pentagon-run classified network that goes up to the Secret level, as well as a separate system used for Top Secret communications.

Somehow, highly classified information from SIPRNet, as well as even the super-secure JWICS, jumped from those closed systems to the open system and turned up in at least 1,340 of Clinton's home e-mails - including several the CIA earlier this month flagged as containing ultra-secret Sensitive Compartmented Information and Special Access Programs, a subset of SCI.

SAP includes "dark projects," such as drone operations, while SCI protects intelligence sources and methods.

You don’t appear to be new around here, do you really think there are laws or standards these people are going to be held accountable to?

And I hope the FBI ‘undeleted’ the emails Hillary tried to hide that provide insight into Benghazi and confirm my theory.

It’s bizarre that someone can run for president while all this is going on.

If you did it, or if I did it.

But this is a Radical Progressive.

That someone else put it on the system does not get PIAPS off the hook.

It is still a felony for her to see it and not report it. She is looking at one felony count per email. That also goes for anyone else who saw the the emails and didn't report it.

Think anyone will roll over on Hillary to save themselves prison time? Hard to say given the Clinton's history of Arkancide.

Comey needs to stay in office. He must NOT resign.

Every honest person in the Justice Department must stay put too.

In the old days when public officials were capable of feeling shame resigning en mmass might have worked. The days of Watergate are over...

Today resigning would give the corrupt ones an opportunity to put in ringers. Do you think Holder would be a better FBI director? Or maybe Bill Clinton?

Good people must NOT resign. Comey needs to see this through and fight for what he believes in...

FBI agents are zeroing in on three of Clinton’s top department aides. Most of the Clinton e-mails deemed classified by intelligence agency reviewers were sent to her by her chief of staff Cheryl Mills or deputy chiefs Huma Abedin and Jake Sullivan.

There's your firewall right there, or it normally would be. One of them apologizes, pays a fine, or maybe even does jail time. Under normal circumstances that would be the end of things. The real problem lies in that email from Hillary's account directing Sullivan to clip the headers and send the data. If that gets tied to anything actually classified she's back on the hook, hard. Not that she's off it anyway - over a thousand emails is not an accident, it's a routine.

And yes, this is worse than Snowden.

Benghazi ping.

Let Republicanprofessor know if you want on or off this ping list.

You will see that in 2011 Chris Stevens’ travel plans to Benghazi were some of the information contained in these Top Secret documents.

The bottom line is motive, or, “why”?

Bill and Hillary took enormous risks to pull this off. Why?

She’s not going down for the technical violations. If the FBI solves motive, all three of them are done for. If they can’t, she skates.

Why do you think Bill and Hillary took the enormous risks involved in setting up this system?

It certainly had nothing to do with “Benghazi”.

“There is nothing the Clintons wouldn’t sell to the highest bidder, from pardons to state secrets.”

That is not only their primary occupation, it is their passion. That is what kept their marriage together.

Because they are so dedicated to maximizing their profits from public corruption (obsessed even), their emails are no doubt stuffed with their many plans, and the details of coordination. Especially if they thought that it would be a safe place to talk.

“Its all about access” was a catch phrase of Hillary’s time at State. Pay to play was the order of the day. Most countries are corrupt like that, so they just have to be introduced to the bag men to arrange payments. That is probably why she wanted the State Department appointment - to maximize graft proceeds.

The Clintons are the American Marcos’ - icons of corruption. Arguably the greatest corruption case in American history. Billions of dollars under their personal direction laundered through about three dozen front “charities” (not taxed, and not required to make public disclosures) across several countries. I hope that the FBI goes after every dime.

Do I remember correctly that they gave China military secrets because they believed that China needed more parity with the States?

“There is a story all over the facebooks that HilLIARy and Bill were selling Uranium mining rights to Russia, at the location of the ranch in Oregon where the protester have taken over a federal building...

Does anyone know anything about this?”

The recent book “Clinton Cash” discusses the Russian uranium deal (AKA Sell out) in some detail. It also covers several other corrupt deals while SecState.

So .. I’m curious .. you actually believe that Hillary didn’t have anything to do with the cutting/pasting operation ..??

Wow ..??

I believe her “most trusted aides” would do exactly AS HILLARY INSTRUCTED THEM TO DO. The reason I believe that .. because that is what they have always done.

So, Mrs. Clinton is not suffering from “heartbreaking disappointment” .. she’s mad as hell because they ALLLLLL GOT CAUGHT.
