Okay, I’ll be fair to the Cruzers - I think this poll is an outlier, and probably not real.

Sanders, meanwhile, has opened up an eight-point lead over Democratic rival Hillary Clinton, leading her in Iowa 51% to 43%

That's more like it.

I can’t vouch for the poll but if Cruz doesn’t win in IA he’s done. He’ll finish 4th or 5th in NH and then just sink lower. His polling strength, based on just a couple of polls, in IA is what’s kept his campaign alive so far.

I tended to agree when I saw one poll say this.

This is the second, unless CNN is rehashing the same poll.

Hannity said that this was with 300k people showing up. There were only 150k last year. Though I still think Trump will win Iowa.

It is most likely an outlier. I doubt if the lead is that big. However it does show along with the other poll that Cruz is not running away with Iowa. It is either tied or Trump is a little ahead.

I’ll wait to see what the polling looks like over the weekend, when they’ve had time to conducted a poll covering the period after the Palin endorsement.

But, if this is correct, it looks extremely good for Trump.

Well just put it like this.

If it was the other way around, they wouldn’t.

They were crowing about a poll earlier with Cruz up two well in the MOE.

Also of some import, Bernie Sanders has opened up an 8 point lead over Shrillary. We already know she is going to get crushed in New Hampshire. So if she loses badly in Iowa before the NH primary, things on the Democrat side will get very interesting very quickly. Already, the Clintons are in desperation mode. You can see it.

I've been following elections since 1972 and this is the craziest election cycle I've seen yet.

It’s okay. Even if Cruz loses he will have a place. I would dearly love to see Ted Cruz as a Supreme Court Justice.

Doesn’t surprise me. Ted’s Canadianess problem, Palin’s endorsement and Branstad’s attack on Cruz combined to reverse any momentum Cruz had.

There’s a stronger feeling now that Hillary will be indicted.
This is going to be one interesting primary season. Surely they can’t have a radical socialist as their nominee.

Cruz was done yesterday.

TRUMP schlonged him with perfection in timing. The same day news cycle of governor of Iowa disses Cruz, and Palin SHOCKS America with her endorsement for TRUMP, all following a rousing reception at Liberty University and the gushing support of Fallwell, who can not endorse.

Evangelicals got to see this.

Game, set, MATCH.

That’s what I was thinking. Zogby gives it to TRUMP in Iowa too, I believe.
