Sarah Palin, the former Alaska governor and 2008 vice-presidential nominee who became a Tea Party sensation and a favorite of grass-roots conservatives, will endorse Donald J. Trump in Iowa on Tuesday, officials with his campaign confirmed. The endorsement provides Mr. Trump with a potentially significant boost just 13 days before the state's caucuses.

Trump is appealing in several ways; he says what he believes, he doesn't owe favors to shadowy moneymen and political insiders, and he is passionate about his love for America. He's an attractive candidate, and he could win. But he is not a Conservative.
Perhaps Palin is hoping that having Trump in the White House would be at least an avenue for Conservatives to get back some of the government from it's leftward shift in the last few years, and she might be right.
And while I definitely prefer Cruz over all the other candidates, any of three or four Republican candidates would be better than the disaster of four more years of Democrats.

Trump said she will be Energy Secretary - a cabinet post/member.

Snubbed Cruz? How so ? She went with Trump - he’s going to win 40 states, try the Obots in federal court like they deserve and she’s going to be Secretary of Enregy? How’s that a snub? Sounds like sound decision making to me - she’s already lost at this before.

If she’d fought it our and remained governor of ALaska, I think I’d feel differently about her. But I really didn’t like this thing of bailing out on that And her voters - and moving to Arizona - because e she thought she’d challenge McCain. But then she never did,

Told you good folks that when Ted Cruz opened his mouth bad mouthing New Yorkers, he destroyed his political campaign!!! I do not know how stupid he was or, what fool on his staff told him this was a good political move. And....unlike Governor, Nikki Haley, who immediately realized her idiotic words, relative DJT, she moved very quickly to apoligize and pander up to DJT. Cruz not to swift upstairs...he continued on!!! Cruz will fall in the polls like a heavy stone being thrown into the deep ocean!!! Sad......... Ted Cruz, a good man and strong Conservative has destroyed his political career!!!
I will support, vote for and even volunteer for Cruz. Trump, meh, not so much. If Trump is the nominee, I can hold my nose.
