Donald Trump is taking aim at Republican presidential rival Sen. Ted Cruz, a tactical shift that could be risky on two fronts: It may have come too late, and the Texas senator might actually be benefiting from the attacks......
For Mr. Cruz, being under attack by other Republicans is a badge of honor, another backer said. "It's a quasi-endorsement of Cruz to the grass roots," said Saul Anuzis, former Michigan GOP chairman.
Polls show a growing number of Trump backers see Mr. Cruz as their second choice. Cruz spokesman Rick Tyler said that when the campaign began, polls showed that only 4% of Trump backers saw his boss as their second choice. A new poll by NBC/SurveyMonkey finds that number has risen to 39%.
The latest Wall Street Journal/NBC News poll found that 66% of Trump voters said they would consider supporting Mr. Cruz -- far more than other major candidates....

It’s called crony capitalism because guys like Trump use their money to get politicians to send government business their way. That’s not risky. That’s not venture capitalism? That’s not a capitalist inventing something people want. That’s just rigging the system, and one case, at least one, rigging it so some lady was to lose her house so Trump could have a parking garage for one of his casinos.
Love that their little smear attempt pics they’re posting remind me of....CRuz :D
This new conservative Trump is all a big act...his former positions were progressive/liberal but he would never be able to run as a democrat...... This is just nothing but a joke to him to prove he can pull off the biggest heist of the century. ....The saddest part is that his followers choose to ignore his liberal background....let alone the insults and badgering he gives out to everybody...including his followers.
When Trump gets in, fixes illegal immigration, builds the way, build up our military, helps veterans, puts people back to work, increases the tax base, stops government excessive spending and starts to pay down the debt, perhaps you’ll see things a bit differently.
Yep, well that’s the Democrat Underground argument.
Thanks.
Yes, I laugh at them.
It’s funny to watch the snark comments about my graphics too.
That quote is not the lie to which I am referring. What I am referring to is your suggestion that Ted Cruz will not enforce the law when that was the central point of the entire exchange. You can't weasel out of this one with verbal sleight of hand.

Can’t weasel out?
You need to re-read my original post. I did not imply Cruz will not enforce the law. My point was that it was not enforced and that liberals say that the immigration system is broken as a cover for their non-enforcement, and that Cruz was using their talking point.
It does seem that Cruz will follow along, with his latest pronouncements.
Certainly it's self serving. Anyone who believes otherwise is delusional.
But it's also the best advice Cruz has received in a decade. And the same can be said for GOP Primary voters.
Before Marbury v Madison it would have been the Congress and/or the States.
The current de facto situation is that the Federal Courts are the ultimate arbiter, up to USSC.
If a state refuses to put him on the ballot, it goes directly to the USSC under "Original Jurisdiction".
Oh, so you’re a retread.
Go roll on the floor in ecstasy over that lying sleazebag you call a candidate.
If I want to I can pick up a history book and read about the industrialization of the country and the more than one hundred years of court cases and precedent.
No, that does not mean: "every eminent domain case is good." Nor "every eminent domain case is bad." It's just living in reality.
You really do see him as some kind of messianic deliverer, don't you?
You should engender pity, but I can't get past the contempt.
I see him as a candidate that has promised to do the things I mentioned.
That’s how this process works Catherine. The candidates tell us what they plan to do, and if we like those plans, we support them.
I do get a kick out of your attempt to turn this simple concept on it’s head and cast it as something evil.
You folks are very desperate. I don’t know why. I’ve been assured Ted is in control. You should be happy and celebrating.
Go celebrate. You’re guy is going to win. Remember?
Did Donald Trump break the law?
Careful what you wish for. There are more than a few Trump supporters who deserve the same attention.
