I base the above on the following

The authors cite to the Naturalization Act of 1790 and ignore the fact that the Naturalization Act of 1795, with the lead of then-Rep. James Madison and with the approval of President George Washington, repealed it and specifically changed "shall be considered as natural born citizens" to "shall be considered as citizens of the United States."

James Madison the "father of the Constitution" changed the wording from "natural born citizen" to "citizen". Madison was no dope and the change was to prevent a foriegn born from becoming Commander in Chief. But this also serves to illustrate that "citizen at birth" does not mean "natural born citizen".

What is the difference here? Both men have American mothers....foreign born fathers.

The difference is Obama was born in the USA Cruz was not. And just to keep the record straight. Cruzs' father was a naturalized Canadian when Ted was born in Canada. Had Obama not provided "proof" of his USA birth he would not have been eligible to serve as POTUS.

The right went after O hard on this issue, to now do a complete 180 just because it is our guy running will turn off millions of voters. Late night comedy will have a field day on "conservatives".

Ann Coulter did not vote to throw US sovereignty into the towel bowl by giving zero fast tracking authority on super secret trade deals. Ann Coulter does not want a 500% increase in H1B visas that but Americans out of work. Ann Coulter has not shown remarkable “flexibility” on the issue of (legal) immigration. Ann Coulter did not vote to renew the anti-liberty and anti-Forth Amendment Patriot Act.

A natural born citizen is so because of Natural Law not government laws. Some one born on soil with two citizen parents is a natural born citizen because no other sovereign but the sovereign of the soil he was born on has any claim to his elegance.

This is not rocket science.

But hay lets just throw our Constitution in the toilet and elect Cruz. If zero can be POTUS then so can Cruz, the hell with what the Constitution says, right?
