After going through the metal detector and patdown to get into Madison Square Garden for the Globetrotters Sunday, I said “Thanks a lot, Islam”. Got a look from security for that.

LOL....I posted on an earlier thread about normal everyday Americans speaking out and up more than I have every heard in my lifetime this year. That was a perfect example of something that would not have said last year.

Unfortunately the same holds true when you go through security at airports, what used to be a breeze. But thanks to that cult by some referred to as a religion, it got to be a chore. But there is little doubt in my mind that this will not go on forever, as the day of reckoning will come, probably not in time for me to see due to my age. But rest assured it will come just as the end of communism.
By next election cycle, a new generation of leftist freaks will be telling us that only law enforcemement should be allowed to have “long guns”.

Well, if they had a little less than the twelve to fourteen pound triggers on their weapons, I’d feel a little safer.

Yeah, it was getting bad back in 1969 when I was there.
It's not like it wouldn't be a piece of cake to smuggle anything like that across our borders and preposition it in the city. Hiding and transporting them in delivery trucks, dump trucks, garbage trucks or tractor trailers would be relatively simple. Hamas and Hezbollah have done it already.
