AIKEN, S.C. â Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts is "disgraceful" and a "disappointment" to conservatives, Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump said Saturday, while praising Associate Justice Clarence Thomas as his favorite member of the high court.
"Justice Roberts really let us down. What he did with Obamacare was disgraceful, and I think he did that because he wanted to be popular inside the Beltway," Trump told about 4,000 supporters.

Cruz for AG, then SCOTUS.
Trump did say he’ll find something for him, in his administration.
My top three faves, as well....Thomas, Scalia and Alito.
Go Trump....right, again :)
Smoking out the RINOs!!
Name calling? Sign of desperation.
That’s pathetic. Seriously.
The Kelo decision might be a big deal, if everybody wasn't already renting "their" property from the gruberment...
Will double check on that.
4 picks?
There is nothing in the Constitution that puts the number on the court at nine.
On day one he could appoint 6 new REAL hard right judges (for a total of 15) who will obliterate the imbeciles currently there and take away the domestic communists most powerful weapon.
Has to be done.
Liberal Donald Trump said he supported the US Supreme Court's Kelo decision. Conservatives Rehnquist, Thomas and Scalia all voted against this rotten scheme. Liberals on the court supported it, as did liberal Donald Trump.
Yeah, let me know when you clowns actually OWN property, as opposed to renting it from one of your local governmental units.
Yeah, but the Media and the Uniparty [but I repeat myself] would say mean things about him.
Oh, wait...
just hope one of the Liberals on court doesn’t resign b4 Obummer leaves office
Daddy Bush had Souter, and W had Roberts. Two terrible choices. But at least W gave us Alito, who is very good.
Add 2% to Trumps ratings.
Trump being accurate and truthful.
A fact. look it up. It's true.
Then in the Sept debate flip-flopped and said it was a mistake.
Adamant Obamacare opponent Ted Cruz admitted it was a mistake to support Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts' confirmation to the high court a decade ago.
"That was a mistake and I regret that," he said during the Republican primary debate at the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library in California Wednesday night.
Roberts has become a lightning rod for conservative criticism after he voted to uphold Obamacare in two separate court challenges.

Who to appoint? Good question. The DOJ is so corrupt. I would ask Sidney Powell who wrote Licensed to Lie...
Reagen was a demcrate early on

I hope you are putting your money where your mouth is and actually donating to Cruz - strong opinions don't stand the test of utility w/o some sort of backing.
I'm OK with Trump, but my money goes to Cruz every month.
Now for a short public service announcement to all on FR:
We need to ensure we don't get another Obama-like America Hater as the next President.
The best way to ensure that is to actively support a candidate as the next President.
I prefer Cruz and my money goes to his campaign, hence the Cruz link. If you like someone else, donate to him/her (find your own link to do it) and if you use FR and don't donate, then please don't complain about the welfare leeches or those who have Obama Phones because, functionally, you are no different than any other FReeloader
PS - If you are one of those who cannot afford even a small donation to FR or a candidate, God Bless and happy FReeping!.....
GO CRUZ!! Keep it up Trump!!
