Is it now time to invoke Section 4 of the 25th Amendment? Has our president officially lost his ability to discharge the powers and duties of his office?
Anyone who listened to President Obama speak to reporters in Paris on Tuesday would reasonably conclude it is high time to start drawing up the papers to transmit to Congress for his removal.
If you are one of the millions and millions of literate Americans out there who have simply tuned this president out the past three or four years, that is certainly understandable. But if you tuned in to the long, rambling, empty press conference, you would have been truly alarmed.
Without the use of the teleprompter, his speech can be described only as "halting." It was impossible to count the number of times he seized up, able to deaden the silence with only a drawn-out "uh," "um" or "ahhh."

Add to this, his inability to address the San Bernardino murders by Islamists. Antiamerican in the extreme.
Good one. As in "pussey" I presume.
He just rose to power in the wrong country. Cuba, North Korea, Red China or even Russia would have been more his style.
Yup. He’s never been incompetent. He’s always been a traitor.
You presume correctly. ;-)
He has the ability, he just wants to avoid his Presidential duties and destroy America. Not difficult to figure out. Even Bill O’Reilly is starting to catch on to Obama, albeit Bill is being dragged, kicking and screaming, toward the truth.
Good post...........
Since when has this president discharged the duties of his office? If it didn’t get him in front of the fawning media, he wasn’t interested. That why the nation has gone to hell in seven years of his bungling.
Thanks. Wish it didn’t have to be posted.
Agreed....
Actually I don’t believe that. I think he really believes he is making the US better.
The left operate using an internal logic. Once you buy into the logic it becomes a tautology and is irrefutable. It works like this: Socialism is inevitable -> It will come about through catastrophic change to overthrow few -> anything that furthers this revolution is good -> We know it is good because socialism is inevitable.
You generally cannot reason with that because to do so requires disproving the thesis and the thesis is held by faith. The fact that their faith is an irrational presumption is irrelevant to the left. It appears to me that many types of mental illness contain similar tautological foundations.
If you’ve ever tried to reason with a compulsive hoarder you’ll know this true. You cannot reason a tautology. Often the only curative is force.
This is why advocate simply shouting them down. Refuse to be polite.
Never had it

From your lips to God’s ears.....
Obama never had it to begin with.
He got this far on the strength of his black skin and spouting the leftist mantras his fellow libtards love to hear.
**Has the president lost his ability to discharge the powers and duties of office?**
Did he ever have it at all?
Yup. He’s always been able to deliver a prepared speech well, but long unable to speak his mind without a teleprompter.
He sounded like he was about to roll up in a ball and cry like a little girl.
Nothing against little girls.
