The media are so convinced of their own rectitude that they don’t realize they are the real opposition in this race. We are sick of the media, sick of the polls in both frequency and quantity, sick of pencilnecks in NY and DC telling us what it all means and sick of the gotcha games.

CNN has been pounding the “HOW DARE DONALD TRUMP MOCK THE HANDICAPPED GUY!” meme four times in the last hour, with talking heads doing fake outrage and fake disdain.
They sound desperate. And they don’t mention that the guy actually DID write the article Trump noted.
Trump seems to have the ability to take on the media, and get past the media spin and media filters. He’s not afraid of them. The media are used to conservatives/Republicans being afraid and kowtowing to them and their spin of stories. Trump is turning their techniques on their heads.
Perhaps due to the force of his personality, Trump is able to do this, and be effective, whereas most politicians are afraid to antagonize the media.
Of course, his real enemies are the GROPe consultant class ....
