RICHMOND, Ind. —
A man who led police on a three-county chase in August is in jail again, this time on public nudity charges.
David Simpson, 22, address at large, is in Wayne County Jail on a charge of public nudity after police say he was found running naked in Glen Miller Park in Richmond Wednesday night.
In August, Simpson allegedly drove a stolen BMW from Indianapolis to Englewood at speeds of 110 miles per hour. Multiple law enforcement jurisdictions were engaged in a chase with the stolen vehicle.
Simpson attempted to drive through a closed construction area on Interstate 70. He lost control of the vehicle and attempted to flee on foot.
He was later apprehended in the Meijer parking lot on North Main Street and charged with driving a vehicle without a license, reckless operation of a motor vehicle, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, obstruction of official business, and failure to comply with the order of a police officer.

Everyone is bipolar after they get arrested. Some are bipolar before.
Just a hunch, but I suspect the high speed chase in the stolen BMW had more to do with the arrest than being naked in the park.
He’s just in the mood to run in the nude.
