Donald Trump is leading the GOP 2016 field by double digits in Connecticut, a new poll finds.
Trump has 25 percent of likely Republican presidential primary voters in the Constitution State, according to an Emerson College Polling Society survey released Wednesday, an 11-point edge over the rest of the field.
Sen. Marco Rubio (R-Fla.) ranks second with 14 percent support. Gov. John Kasich (R-Ohio) and former Gov. Jeb Bush (R-Fla) tie for third with 10 percent each.

Is Connecticut a state? I thought it was a suburb of New York. Either way, Go Trump!
probably false. CT is a Dummycrap suburb. Dont tell me these libtards grew brain cells in a short amount of time...
I’ll be happy to check that box. My primary vote never counts.
CT: SW: NYC frame of mind. NE: Boston-MA-nice countryside. Economic basketcase, having lost most of its manufacturing, became dependent on declining casino revenue. Trump talking about bringing things back to what they used to be will resonate there, I’d think.
but there are some red areas of CT. If a Republican wins CT you can pop the champagne cork.
Good!
GO TRUMP GO!!!
TRUMP= AN AMERICAN FIRST!!!
Yes, believe it or not, CT is a state. I happened to grow up in it many moons ago. But even back then it was in control of DEMS! Think Chris Dodd.....like the piece of crap Durbin in ILL. I left CT in 69 for the Sunshine State, and certainly do not have any regrets!
Sooner or later the DEM controlled states will wake up. Since WI and ILL have changed their Governors, I do have hope for CT.
Trump ahead in CT is great news. He has an event in MA tonight and from what I heard the U of MA poll had him 9 points ahead of Carson. U of MA.....very Liberal so more than likely Donald is more ahead than reported. :)
Good!
Go Trump!!!
Scarborough said this morning, on MJ, that if Trump wins Iowa, the race for the nomination is over for the GOP fight.
There will be no hope for the GOP of a brokered convention to derail the outsider.
Joe has said this several times and claims the GOP know it.
He has also said other back away statements, but about Iowa, he is always confident.

s born in New London and past the first 19 days of my life in that state.
I think the last Rep to win Ct was Reagan.
It requires a landslide of that size to defeat any Dem in CT.
So you got out early! :)
CT is a beautiful state, and I do have wonderful memories. But then I was a kid in during the 40-50’s. :)
Bush 41 won CT in 1988
I thought Trump was finished.
