I wish to NOTIFY you that the bona-fides of four Republican Candidates to be President is hereby DISPUTED. It is claimed that the following persons do NOT meet the United States Constitutional requirement that one be a "Natural-Born Citizen" in order to be President under Article II, Sec. 1.
I am disputing the bona-fides of:
Marco Rubio - NOT an NBC. He was born in the U.S., however his parents were un-naturalized "permanent resident" Cuban citizens when he was born.
Ted Cruz - NOT an NBC. He was born in Canada to a Cuban father and American mother who may have natualized as a Canadian.
Bobby Jindal - NOT an NBC. He was born in the U.S. to parents who were un-naturalized citizens of Indiaa at the time of Bobby Jindal's bitth.
Rick Santorum - NOT an NBC. He was born in the U.S. to a father who was an Italian citizen not naturalized at the time of Rick Santorum's birth.

The United States Constitution contemplates two sources of citizenship, and two only: birth and naturalization.
Thus says the Supreme Court.
No magical third form of citizenship.

I agree, except it’s natural born Citizens and Naturalized citizens
Do you know the NH law or regulation that the complainant refers to, when he expresses an understanding that the state AG must respond to an e-mail complaint, of this nature, within 90 days?
YAY birther stuff!
It works EVERY TIME even when applicable!
I’m Orly Taitz and I approve this message.
I’m just quoting the Supreme Court.
It’s not ridiculous- it’s just too late. The Obama precedent has made place of birth, citizenship, and natural-born status all irrelevant.
Scrotus has no jurisDICKtion in the area of Citizenship. That’s one of Congress’ enumerated powers.
This is idiocy. Natural born citizen has been understood for at least the last 50 years to mean born in the United States or born outside the US with at least one parent being a US citizen. Why a few nutcases want to try and redefine it and undermine some of our best candidates beats me.
So.. if none of them are not NBCs.. then they all must be NBCs.
Right?
Or have you misconstructed your sentence to mean the exact opposite of your intent?
Scott Walker the stalking horse for???
Should one of them win, you can bet the liberal media and Supreme court will find reason to disqualify them.
Complete and utter hogwash. Thanks for wasting bandwidth.
What happens (IF) Rubio or Cruz gets the nomination?
The rats will successfully torpedo their campaigns with the FACT that they are not natural born Citizens.
The left donât have a problem being hypocrites as long as they get power”
They can’t do that. If the Demonrats were to challenge the status of Ted Cruz then they’d have to admit that Obama is not qualified either. That would make everything he has done illegal and Cruz has a better claim than Obama EVEN assuming that Obama was born in Hawaii as Obama’s father had another wife in Kenya thus his parents could not be legally married in the US.
Eff off robert laity.
“may have” naturalized as a Canadian? That’s wimpy. If a child is born to an American in another country the child is an American. It happens with military children all the time.
Trump’s parents were Scottish immigrants. Check into their citizenship status when he was born. Betcha no matter what, it would be okay.
