Rubio: Trump's Immigration Plan 'Absurd' (Marco thinks it wrong to deport people not legally here)

GOP presidential front-runner Donald Trump has called his rival, Florida Sen. Marco Rubio, weak on immigration, but Rubio isn't much impressed with Trump's plan to deport all illegal immgrants, then allow those back in who don't have criminal backgrounds.

"If you think about where he was six months ago, it's nothing like what he's saying now," Rubio said on CNN's "State of the Union." "Even what he's saying now borders on the absurd. He's going to deport all these people and allow back in the ones that are good. His plan makes no sense." Asked whether he agrees with former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush, who said he doesn't trust Trump's finger on the nuclear button, Rubio said, "I wouldn't term it that way."

Still, he said, he doesn't think Trump has proved "an understanding of these issues or the preparation to be commander in chief of the most powerful military force in the world."

Responding to criticism he is missing too many votes while running for the GOP presidential nomination, Rubio said his goal is to actually make the votes taken in the Senate count.

"A lot of these votes don't mean anything. They're not going to pass, and if they did the president would veto it," Rubio said.

what else do you think is ok be against the law, Marco? Murder, Rape, maybe robbery? Why have any laws anyway if that is how you feel?

It never fails, every time I start thinking Marco might have something constructive to off the country, if not the party, he goes back to his “Gang of Eight” talking points. Thus sticking a pin in the balloon of enthusiasm again.

The GOPe used to have a death wish only in the general election.

Now it’s extended to the primaries.

Rubberio showed us how flexible he is when he schemed with Schumer against the citizens.

He has chosen to side with fraudulently documented foreigners and their employers against the citizens and the rule of law.

Rubio fits right in if we are a banana republic.

Rubio is unfit to work at Taco Bell, let alone be President.

Any American who supports this guy is terminally-stupid.

Rubio has violated his oath of office and should be impeached. The pesky Constitution is too much for Obama and people like Rubio to endure. I’m waiting for one of these assholes having their wife or daughter raped and murdered by an “act of love” illegal alien felon.

Your typo is the truth...”off the country.”

If we allow open borders and amnesty to happen, as Rubio wants, America will be “offed.”

Rubio is as bad as Yeb.

FORCED deportation of known lawbreakers back to country of origin should be a no-brainer. Self-deportation of those who are here only to scoop up some of the gold which is paving the streets here, and finding this is no longer an authorized means of support, happens when the economic opportunities back in the land of origin start looking a lot better than anything that may be found here.

Children born here of parents illegally residing in the territory of the US, are considered to have a dual citizenship, that of their parents, and one conferred by place of birth. But there can be NO dual citizenships, so at some point, the child must choose one or the other. If it is to be a US citizenship, than the applicant must prove, just like any applicant seeking naturalization, that the responsibilities and duties of citizenship are understood and shall be applied, by written test and the swearing of oath.

Then there are persons who jump through all the hoops, want to be here, and actively seek to understand their new country, striving to be a useful part of it.

Those are the people we want here. Everybody else are just tourists, and they go home at the end of their stay.

What exactly gives the child citizenship in the place of their birth? What country does this?

We need to start gathering info on Rubio, his voting records (when he even showed up to vote) his positions on issues, and his Fla. records....
