Hillary Clinton could be prosecuted in federal court for failing to tell President Barack Obama about her private email server at the time she was running it, according to a veteran FBI agent.
Obama said flatly during a '60 Minutes' interview on Sunday that 'No,' he did not know Clinton sidestepped security protocols with her a home-brew email setup while she was his secretary of state.
The FBI agent who spoke with DailyMail.com has had a 20-year career in federal law enforcement and serves in a supervisory capacity in a domestic FBI field office.
He said on Friday that failing to put Obama in the loop could be enough to send her to prison for ten years.

Well, she DOES have that $6 BILLION of taxpayers funds that went "missing" while she was at the State Dept. Of course she may have already had to split that with Hussein.

ANYONE WHO MAILED SOMETHING TO THIS ADDRESS should be investigated too.
She might have deleted her server, but not every server that she sent messages to.
And she also keeps saying she “turned over 50,000 PAGES of emails” - not 50,000 emails, but 50,000 PAGES of emails.
There is a big difference.
You have to manually print 50,000 pages. Now we know why she disappeared for 6 weeks the beginning of this year.
At 5 seconds per page that about 100 straight hours of printing- including stopping to change ink cartridges and adding 100 reams of paper. Running 24 hours a day straight without stopping thats almost 5 days.
AND then when delivered you have to manually READ pages and pages. You cannot electronically search them.
You also do not have the META-DATA from the email. This is the information contained in the electronic version of the email that you don’t normally see- it contains information about the email sender and other useful stuff that is important to an investigation.
They need to DEMAND THE EMAILS, not the printed ‘pages’ of emails. That she knows to use that specific word means she understands all this.

A question that definitely needs answering. Lots of missing funds with Obamacare, too. With all the missing billions, fraud & abuse, there should be NO excuse for asking taxpayers for more money via tax increases - the money is there, they just have to find it or if they wasted it, tighten the belt & suck it up (For examples: Obozo just spent over $4 mill in taxpayer funds on golf junkets, fundraisers, EPA spent millions on new furniture, etc.). Trump needs to demand an accounting & shut down totally more than a few of the government agencies.

Amen. I’m beginning to believe something I heard on talk radio a while ago, that stated that the battle is not really between the average citizen “left” and citizen “right” as the politicians like to play it. Instead it is between corrupt establishment elites who feign left and right so they can manipulate the rest of us as fodder for their cronies and corruption. The game is played to keep only two Parties in power and get two establishment candidates that will keep the status quo and do their bidding. The GOP-e even said recently they wanted a fragmented number of candidates who could be persuaded to give their delegates to an establishment guy like Bush.
Bernie Sanders says “enough” with the email. What he really meant was to give Hillary a non-deserved corruption pass in the media. How many Dems would have listened to a Republican under Nixon say in the 70s enough with Watergate? It turned out there was a lot of dirt on Nixon, and I suspect even more under Hillary.
I can just see an indictment. Hillary instantly pleads no contest, Obama immediately pardons. Lots of money from Kringtong foundation makes it way to Moochelle’s coffers in Chitown.
