President Obama now says he never believed in the $500-million program to train and equip the moderate Syrian opposition.
The administration last week halted the failed program, which ended up training fewer than 100 Syrians, all but four or five of whom deserted or died after the Americans tried to turn them into anti-ISIS fighters.
Steve, this is why Ive been skeptical from the get-go about the notion that we were going to effectively create this proxy army inside Syria, Obama told CBS Steve Kroft during an interview for 60 Minutes.

Typical narcissistic POS. Throws everyone under the bus whenever it suits him. An enemy of the US and the US military through and through. Only vultures of a feather could possibly support him, and there are too many of them. Traitors all.

Let's get the facts straight here....Obama armed the ‘rebels’ in Egypt and, after they overthrew Mubarak, he installed his Muslim Brotherhood buddies. He then armed the ‘rebels’ in Libya and, after Qaddafi was ‘raped’ and murdered, he was trying to stockpile those weapons to send to the Syrians. His 'glorious Arab Spring' was coming true! But that is why we have 4 murdered Americans in Libya....the Libyan 'rebels' wanted the weapons that had been collected. This guy has enjoyed the cover of Big Media for years. WHEN WILL ALL THE TRUTH COME OUT? His NSA spying must have uncovered a lot of dirt on those in Big Media.

He was against it but spent at least $500 million on it and as of yesterday was still delivering arms to them. Obama is the bitter spouse that knows he's about to be divorced, so to get revenge, he's pissing away all the assets and running up the credit card bills. It's going to be a long 15 months or so until he's out...hopefully, we'll get a Speaker who's interested in oversight.

The media have been compliant with the left’s agenda for decades. What need is there to find “dirt” on them?

So Dinglebarry went ahead and spent $500 million on it anyway? Wonder where the money really went? That will explain that he in fact had no interest in it working and every financial reason for it not to.
