we will secure a no-fly zone around anti-Assad rebel forces that we’re supporting,” she told Sean Hannity of Fox News on Wednesday night.

We have heard from Trump on this issue but, AFAIK, we have not a word out of Cruz yet.

Correct?

FioRINO has more compassion (treason) for al Qaeda
and the mullahs ...
than she EVER did for HP or its employees.

This proves she is unfit

to suggest declaring war on Russia ( and its ally Iran) over Bashar Al Assad and for our ally ISIS and AlQaeda in Syria

And how does Mrs Fiorina think China will react? They have already joined with Putin

Here is my take on the issue, if for no other reason and there are other reasons, only one thing needs to be taken into account, as the Progressive Liberal Democrat/Rino Communist Uni-Party is for it... it is a very bad idea.

Hillary and FioRino are premium members of the communist uni-party... enough said!

So both Hillary and Fiorina want to use force, if necessary, against the Russians. Fine.

There is not enough time to train them as fighter pilots. So issue each of these worthies an M16. Then parachute them into FSA (Free Syrian Army) territory. The FSA might immediately turn them, and their weapons, over to ISIS. But if that doesn't happen, they'll make a great anti-Russian combat team.

I like Florina, but on this point, I totally disagree with her. Russia is showing that Dorkbama the Muslim is an untrustable idiot, and the more they do that, the more I agree with their actions.

And, remember that Russia is killing ISIS vermin. This makes Dorkbama the Muslim mad, which makes me happy,

If Fiorina wants to destroy Russia, she should become their CEO.

As quoted by another Freeper....

Russia moving in under the pretense of ridding the region of ISIS is like the Mafia moving to your neighborhood under the pretense of eliminating street crime, then setting up a permanent base there to do Mob “business”.

Russia will grow wealthier, more powerful, more aggressive in their overall expansionist agenda (Eastern Europe, eventually elsewhere), and much more of a threat to the US and its allies throughout the world. Sure it’s great IF they actually do get rid of ISIS (we shall see). But having a country like Russia step in and gain such huge strategic advantage over the US is really nothing we should be cheering about.

If Obama was serious about wanting to take out ISIS, which I don’t believe he ever was—I think him and Putin are actually in cahoots on this whole thing despite his and Kerry’s moans and groans about it, it might not ever have come to this, although Russia would likely have come up with some other rationale or excuse for moving into Syria and taking control of it, and ultimately the entire Middle East.

We don't have allies in Syria. This is all pretend.

We don't even have diplomatic relations with Syria. We closed their Embassy in DC in June of 2014 and shipped their people out.

Obama is nuts.

Russia has been the dominant power in the Middle East for years. It’s called oil. Take a look at where their oil lines run.

But can the U.S. continue to be a world power after another four years led by a president who is too cowardly to even impose a no-fly zone against an enemy?

Even George Bush the First declared a no-fly zone over Iraq after the first Gulf war.

If we elect a president with a stated policy of being anti-war — as Ben Carson did when he declared he would not have gone to war in Afghanistan even after 9/11 — then on January 21st, 2016, any country that wants to invade and take over the U.S. will be able to do so with no opposition.

Some of these comments about Fiorina are downright 10 year old childish and uncalled for. I suggest they reflect badly on FR and actually may even evoke sympathy for her.

What is the Russian objective in committing its military in support of Assad besides it having a naval base there to protect ? Now for us to be sending troops or creating a “no fly zone” there. Which seems to be backed by both sides including my US Senator Ron Johnson. The question is would that defeat the Russian objective or escalate into something worse?

For a while it seem as if Syria would fragment into 3 regions. Alwite, of which Assad is a member/ Druze both would be directly run by Assad. Then semi autonomous like in Iraq, Kurd, and the rest of the area held by the majority moslem sect. But all aligned with Assad. Maybe it’s time to face reality let the guy stay there but work for a stable Syria.
