If Donald Trump bests Ben Carson to win the White House, the former neurosurgeon may have a special place in Washington regardless -- in the Trump administration.
Trump said Friday that he would "absolutely" put Carson in his Cabinet if he were to win the presidency.
"I would put him -- I'd love to have that," Trump said on MSNBC's "Morning Joe."
Trump called Carson a "nice man" and said so far the two have had a "very good relationship," seemingly ignoring a roughly two-week span in September during which the two traded jabs on faith and energy.
The real estate mogul said that while Carson would be "qualified" to win the GOP nomination and presidency, he wouldn't do the job as well as a President Trump.
He doubted Carson's abilities as a tough negotiator.
"I would say it's not his wheelhouse, but that I don't know," Trump said

The way people have been talking to each other and some of the things said by different candidates, would it be possible that the eventual GOP nominee could form his cabinet from the less successful GOP candidates.
And that is the right place for Ben.
so?
I saw that interview to. Trump being the useful idiot for the left was once again on parade. Scarborough tee’d up a massive softball, twice, by asking about Hillary and her vicious comments to Sharpton about Trump. Both times Trump didn’t even take a swing at her...in fact he put down the bat.
Then Scarborough asked him why he called Rubio ‘lazy’, and true to form, (left’s useful idiot), he hit that softball out of the park and had to wipe the froth from his chin.
A lot folks need to wake up.
Never piss-off your doctor.

Absolutely, as long as they became team players, it would be for the best. A collegial approach would work wonders in getting things done.
After the first “kiddie table debate”, I would have suggested Fiorina for Trump Sec. of State, but her “Let’s attack Russia” rhetoric (and general lying) is making me think otherwise.
Your opinion counts about as much as mine......
Bet Carson grit his teeth on that....and will say the same thing about Trump....saying...”I was thinking the sameing”.
This is the primary. Trump needs to get the other “teams” out of the way before he gets to the “playoffs”.
And why should he give the media more ammo against Hillary?? She is the most defeatable of the Dems!
If she drops out and Biden jumps in, the game is over. Biden is far too likeable, not to mention will get sympathy support due to his kid’s death.
But it was to late in the process. Romney had already been chosen by the RNC.
Trump is not going to offend the Carson or Cruz voters if he can help it and vice versa.
(Undergrads in Medieval History and Philosophy... dropped out of UCLA Law in less than a year, despite having an Appellate Judge and Law Professor as a father... never held a job for more than 2 years until she was 30 (taught English in Italy, real estate salesperson, temp agency secretary, etc)... went to AT&T as a management trainee, drops her husband for a wealthy AT&T exec, and that is the foundation of he career... fired as CEO... . beat cancer... lost her only election bid... ran for President)

This proposed model has the President directly managing six subordinates which is optimal.
In non-cabinet level jobs
Sheriff Clarke should be FBI Director
Michelle Bachman as IRS Commissioner under Secretary Carl Icahn in Treasury
Admiral James A. Ace Lyons as Undersecretary of War - Navy Branch.
LTC Allen West as Undersecretary of War Army Branch.
Lynnette Diamond Hardaway and Rochelle Silk Richardson would be great as President Trumps Co-Press Secretaries.
In Congress lets have Trey Gowdy as Speaker of the House,
and Ted Cruz as Senate Majority Leader.
She’s a CEO gone bad. There is no job for her in his administration. Trump doesn’t hire losers.
I can't get excited about anyone after so many disappointments.
He has already made his views known that Hillary is a criminal. He doesn’t know at this point if she will be the nominee for the Ds or not - he has to fight off 14 other R candidates right now to win the nomination. Geesh!
