Despite Donald Trump's meteoric rise to the top of the Republican presidential polls, the GOP establishment continues to bash its leading candidate. Apparently "party-cide" is contagious: The Democratic establishment continues to ride the sinking Clinton campaign like the string quartet on the deck of the Titanic the majority of Americans know she's a liar and don't trust her. It's a fight to the death all right, only each party's pointing a gun at its own head. GOP establishment favorite Jeb Bush is hemorrhaging voters too. CBS News/YouGov shows Bush coming in a pathetic eighth place in New Hampshire and doing only marginally better in Iowa, where he now places fifth. As an attorney who's worked for Trump (I have not represented him for the past year and a half) and many years ago, against him his success on the campaign trail comes as no surprise: Trump's a man of exceptional tenacity and guts, insightful intuitions, clear purposes, an intelligence that's expressed forcefully and directly, always without regard to political correctness, and a world class negotiator. Trump intuitively understands what troubles Americans and boldly states their concerns; I guarantee he'll never be an appeaser of foreign governments; there'll be no Neville Chamberlains or hapless apprentices for domestic or foreign policy, in his administration if you're not doing your job, you'll be fired. Coming off President Obama's massive failures, most recently his hugely dangerous appeasement of Iran (and funding of the terrorist regime), Americans hunger for Trump's common sense approach, especially when coupled with his incorruptibility: Trump doesn't need donors (let alone a foundation to function as money generating, influence-peddling machine), and when he says politicians are forever hitting him up for money, I can tell you he's not exaggerating.

Answer, Weak knee persons step aside and let this go forth!
I see nothing but media and dems bellowing about Trump.
Conservatives need to wake up and realize ,we need a bulldozer to take us up to the top and stop settling for ditch diggers with shovels as candidates. (Couldn't resist the comparison ,cleaned my yard today!)
I am sure Trump will post the interview on youtube pronto.
He may be the only way to stop The Cheap Labor Express.
Later
Trump was being Trump. No pretense, just himself. Good interview.
This sentence structure reminds me of the global warming argument. If we don't do X, the temperature could increase by Y within the next Z years. "Could" and "may" are über vague terms that mean nothing. They're just conjecture terms that are used to put fear in people whose minds the speaker wants to change. These words have no power with me. I don't believe in man-man global warming, and I don't believe Trump is an acceptable candidate for president.
BTW, don't get me wrong. I don't mind that he's focusing on the problem. He just not the person to fix it. As I've said before, he will never get my vote.
I’ve been there. I could not stomach McAmnesty.
I would not have thought I would find Trump acceptable 6 months ago, but he is growing on me.
thanks for posting that.
When Pelly kept asking “how are you going to pay for that” I wish Trump would have said “well I’d never let the EPA spend $92 million on luxury furniture for starters.”
Trump the man, Trump the conservative and Trump the candidate are all deeply flawed.
He is, however, the only available weapon to slay the GOPe machine.
It’s Trump or surrender, and I fear many, even here, will find reasons to choose surrender.
Go, Trump, go, indeed!
Exactly, he is the wrench at hand to throw into the wheels of The Cheap Labor Express.

That said, I won't ride that pendulum as it swings wildly away from the Establishment and jump on Donald Trump's campaign train. I am, first and foremost, a conservative. I realize people can have a change of heart as they go through life, but Trump's epiphanies are a little suspect in terms of timing. And for that reason, they're not really believable to me.
I very much want the border fixed, and there are other things that desperately need addressing. I'm not a one-issue voter. Trump isn't very knowledgeable of many of the problems facing us. He's just, as Scott Pelly said tonight, a hurricane of words. I really dislike Pelly, but I have to give him credit for that phrase. It's much nicer than the phrase I use to describe Trump's blabbering (diarrhea of the mouth).
One last very telling thing about Trump. I've seen it reported that he thinks his sister, a federal judge, would make a phenomenal Supreme Court Justice. Because he has no filter on his yammering, he must have realized how that would play to his new conservative supporters, so he qualified it by saying that he'd have to rule that out -- for now, at least. Makes one wonder... when is "now" over? If he became president, do you trust that he would not nominate his "phenomenal" sister for the Supreme Court? Or is that just another empty campaign phrase like keeping your doctor if your like your doctor?
Here's some help.
I’m curious, you say Trump’s timing is suspect; did you not think Romney’s “severe conservatism” just a wee bit suspect? Yet you say you voted for him?
I didn’t read the whole HTML page but saw no mention there of using source code to post: Use the cursor to highlight text, then right click with you mouse. Then use the cursor again to highlight the source code you want, click copy, and paste the source code into the reply box. Punching “preview” will show you what will post.
Sometimes posting requires more than that, though. And that’s why the web browser I use is Seamonkey. Seamonkey comes with an HTML editor which makes using HTML a whole lot easier.
