Fox News host Brian Kilmeade had pathetic and degrading words for Pope Francis while talking with Chris Wallace. Kilmeade said that he thinks the Pope should just stay out of America if he is going to criticize the GOPs obsession with capitalism and climate change denial.
Transcript:
Kilmeade: Yeah, Im Catholic and he could stay home. Some of his comments just have no place. Hes in the wrong country. But I tell you what
Wallace: What? Hes in the wrong country? What does that mean?
Kilmeade: He doesnt like capitalism. He blames us and money for whats going on in the Middle East. He says that global warming weve got to do more to have global warming were doing more than anybody else. Get on China, show some courage. Hes never visited our country before, now he gets around to it and hes critical going in? Ive had enough, you know take on, take on Islam, then talk to me.

Kilmeade: Tired of the pope.
Autocorrect is my worst enema.

>> “But isnt the Catholic Church the General Electric of Religion?” <<
.
Of “religion,” yes; of Yeshua, absolutely not.
Religion is a denial of Yeshua’s way.

I am all for him talking about sin and judgment. But he is making capitalism a sin and socialism a savior. There are a lot of details about both of those he is leaving out. Socialism centralizes power in the hands of a few. If he thinks that will bring less sin he is crazy. If he thinks it will bring less oppression he is even crazier. What it will do is kill the free expression of the gospel or the free exchange of ideas right along with free commerce. It will kill incentive to excel and punish productivity. The pope appears blind to the reality of man’s sin nature. He thinks he can fix it. Capitalism in a constitutional republic is a system that understands man’s sin nature and divides power into the most hands with lots of checks and balance. Yes, that includes the fact that some accumulate more economic power than others. It is the reap what you sow method that rewards hard work and good ideas and punishes the opposite. Yes it can become corrupt. That is why we have laws and judges and police. They also can become corrupt. So we have checks on our checks.
The Pope is a liberation theology Marxist and has begun worshiping the false god of global warming. Catholics have good reason to shun him
If the Pope comes to spread the Gospel, he’s more than welcome; but if he’s here to spread the Gospel of Socialism, he can stay in Cuba.
Turn off the Pope’s AIR CONDITIONING and take away his PLANE TICKETS!!
I agree with you and and he should take the majority of the clergy with him.
They are a bunch of hypocrites that have ruin the Roman Catholic Church with their social justice agenda and ignoring the liturgy of Church. I remember Saul Alinsky holding seminars for the Catholic Clergy to teach them the Rules for Radicals. This was when Joe Meehan,a community organizer, and Father Peter Meehan, his brother, ran teaching seminars for the Catholic Clergy. This Pope is a disgrace and his appointments are as bad. The Roman Catholics better wake up and follow the money that is collected and where it goes.
Yes, I am a Roman Catholic with 18 yrs.of Catholic education. I wish when Francis goes back to Rome that he takes Cupich,Archbishop of Chicago, with him,a man that equates abortion with his social justice agenda. We need more men like Cardinal Raymond Burke, one of the best,.
I wish when Francis goes back to Rome that he takes Cupich,Archbishop of Chicago, with him,a man that equates abortion with his social justice agenda
Cupich has stated that abortion is an element of Social justice...? do you have documentation...?
Or perhaps he meant that opposition to abortion is a matter of social justice and you misunderstood..?
This Pope is a Jesuit, and no one is getting that.
The Jebbies are all like he is.
But if you want to get under their skin, tell them the worst thing they ever did. In the early 19th century, they actually owned slaves, and were told by the Pope to stop the practice. Instead of freeing them, the Jesuits sold them and built Georgetown and Fordham with the proceeds. Clinton went to GT, wonder how he feels about that?
So - that is blood money that built those schools.
LOL!
Or even “Donald Dig”
Jimmy Fallon in his interview w/Trump: “You dig yourself into a hole and then instead of getting out of the hole, you just dig deeper.”
Yes! I may have to tune back into Fox again, at least a time or two, just to hear Brian Kilmeade.
You are correct in a general sense, but you think poorly.
Leni
How might I have spoken it to your pleasure?
Brian is correct. The Pope touring the world in a first class airplane, being waited on hand and foot telling America money making is not right? Climate change has always been part of God’s plan, not humans.
no, but i’m hoping that fake interpreter that made nonsensical gestures for hours a few years ago is there :)
I thought it was that Jesus guy that the Pope keeps talking about.
bump
I’m not Catholic but I watched the Conclave with great interest. When I heard that Pope Francis was a Jesuit from Argentina, I was dismayed. I know enough about the Jesuits and South American “Liberation Theology” to know that meant trouble.
BTW, I admired Pope Benedict & was sorry when he resigned. I wonder now if Benedict was “persuaded” to resign.
Dittos!
What does capitalism have to do with any of that?
Kilmeade is right. Like his upcoming host in DC, Il Papa rosso is a cipher and should be ignored.
