What does that even mean? Is he saying that the GOP should promise to go along with the nihilist revolution that is currently gutting the whole world (which it already is)?
Blacks or anyone else who have no interest in returning this country and the world to some semblance of righteousness are not people I want on our side.

Has GOP neglected African American communities?
OMG: This is the Leftist narrative right out of central casting
Mr. Carson, Black communities have done better under most Republican administrations and worse under Democrat ones.
Bill Clinton may be the one exception, but Obama? Good grief look what has happened to Blacks under him.
GOP? How about DNC?

help get business and industry and academia to invest in people.
They did that in Baltimore. Now, CVS is one of many who face rebuilding their burned out store or chucking it and going elsewhere. Wonder how much CVS's insurance policy would go up if they rebuilt and reinsured the business in Baltimore?
Ferguson has similar problems -- thanks to those who destroyed many businesses during their rampages. Last count I saw was over 200 businesses faced some-to-complete damage.

When, in the annals of human history, did the “black communitte’s” fate and behavior become the sole responsibility of the GOP and/or conservatives alone?
For the most part, the blacks are democrats, and follow the democrat line of thought without question. It is the democrats who encourage their thought and beliefs, and defend their right to complain, riot, and commit crimes by not requiring anything of them except to vote democrat in every. Election.
I’ve been waiting on Carson’s “coming out party” since he first emerged on the political scene, and it seems his exuberance at “surging in the polls” has sparked him into dropping his guard.
We’ve already had a black candidate who pretended to be what he isn’t and we see how that 8 years gas gone. Most seem to be infused with “victim hood” from somewhere deep within, and it eventually bubbles to the top.
yes, he’s a surgeon who is praised for separating conjoined twins, that’s great, but, what’s wrong with America isn’t medical, and the only fix is to keep milquetoast leaders out of the White House. Next to Bush, I think Carson is the worst candidate on the ticket.
He has proven one thing, when the chips are down, they’ll always, always, pull the race card.

Complete BS.
The GOP has thrown 4 of last 6 elections in a futile attempt to court blacks.
Hell, many republican voters crossed over to vote for Obama to ‘help’ blacks

Carson is dead to me thanks to his ridiculous statements... Go back to the operating room because it is obvious to all you are not ready for prime time.
Carson needs to wake up to reality; The American public at large are utterly fed up with this garbage: we have had enough of black racism and phony black victim hood! We don't need the RINO's version of Obamessiah light black racism redux for another 4 years.

Ben, you continue to go off-base.
Encouraging businesses to build in such areas is crazy. Why aren't black businesses moving there on their own? When the current business owners set up shop, they didn't expect to have their businesses burned down.
Why do Republicans need to be the ones to do this? You are really crossing the line.
Have your friends throw their money away there.
