The administration couldn't give Congress documentation of the Nuclear Iran secret side deals - it doesn't have them and never did.
In an exclusive interview with the JewishPress.com, Rep. Mike Pompeo (R-KS) disclosed that not only has every member of Congress who voted for the Nuclear Iran Deal never seen any of the documents containing key elements of the deal, but also that not a single document from or about those side deals is anywhere in the possession of any Americans.
This means that neither the President of the United States, nor the Secretary of State, nor any member of the U.S. negotiating team has the capacity to read any of these documents and know what they say.

Obama and Kerry bought a pig in a poke.
They can’t publish the agreements because they don’t have them. They clearly decided not to retain a copy so they would not be able to respond to a subpoena or other order to turn them over.
They administration therefore does not know what the documents say. They are relying on what other people have told them they say.
Your safety and that of the free world (or what’s left of it) depends on what these documents say, and your President expressly decided not to have a single copy of any of these documents.
Corker is null and void. Somebody needs to tell Mitch.

The President is getting exactly what he wants in the treasonous Iran deal, for we know on which side he stands. The real breach of duties would occur if the Congress should give their consent to the plan.

This is a dirty, dirty deal and should not be even brought up for a vote....

my interpretation is that there is nothing to vote on. no legal document and because of that there is no deal that has been made by the president with Iran. If I was a candidate for president.
I would inform the American people of my plan to eliminate the leadership of Iran if elected unless they got rid of all there nuclear technology before I took office. .....it is amazing how much old men who sacrifice others lives value there own above all else.

Side agreements? Either you have the whole agreement or you don’t. Period.
As Greta pointed out, sections of the deal are kept secret not from the Iranians but from the American people.
Even teh toothless Corker bill requires that ALL deals be shared with Congress. Thus, even though they’re going to vote, the Corker clock has not legally started.
