This is an astounding breach of duty by the President. Even given all of his other breaches of duties, this one is astounding.

Will Congress wake up and do its job? Now?

Obama and Kerry bought a pig in a poke.

“This is an astounding breach of duty by the President. Even given all of his other breaches of duties, this one is astounding.”

The President is getting exactly what he wants in the treasonous Iran deal, for we know on which side he stands. The real breach of duties would occur if the Congress should give their consent to the plan.

congress: you have the power to impeach, prosecute and remove all in the Executive branch you see fit.

Use the power we gave you.

Unbelievable. But if you were an Enemy agent sent in to destroy America from within, you’d try to keep any evidence out of the hands of the American people. Makes sense

We leave for another day the profound questions this conduct raises about whether President Obama, and his negotiating team, have breached their most fundamental duties to their constituents to “preserve, protect and defend” the Constitution of the United States, and its citizens.
..................................................

So if there are no side notes, and it’s his word, their words, how can you vote on this?

This is a dirty, dirty deal and should not be even brought up for a vote....

And Boner and McTurtle knows about this and have known about this, yet not a word to the people of the United States....

Remove Boner and McTurtle .... NOW!!!!

my interpretation is that there is nothing to vote on. no legal document and because of that there is no deal that has been made by the president with Iran. If I was a candidate for president.

I would inform the American people of my plan to eliminate the leadership of Iran if elected unless they got rid of all there nuclear technology before I took office. .....it is amazing how much old men who sacrifice others lives value there own above all else.

As Greta pointed out, sections of the deal are kept secret not from the Iranians but from the American people.

Even teh toothless Corker bill requires that ALL deals be shared with Congress. Thus, even though they’re going to vote, the Corker clock has not legally started.

Congress never reads anything they vote on. The bills are, by design, voluminous and convoluted. The “leadership” controls Congress. Crying John, Flubber Face, Dingy Harry and Puglousy tell their members how to vote. The other members might as well be slugs. Slugs that are costing the taxpayers hundreds of millions every year.

Do its job? Ha!

I loved the way Cruz "pr-nailed" those who back this outlaw 'president" to the wall for when Iran goes actively nuclear.

He also openly threatened banks that go against current Federal law and release the money due to illegal edicts by said "president" that they will be incurring billions in liabilities if they break those laws.

First it was “Pass it to find out what’s in it” now it’s “Best deal ever but nobody can find out what’s in it”.
Just beautiful.
