EXCLUSIVE: At least four classified Hillary Clinton emails had their markings changed to a category that shields the content from Congress and the public, Fox News has learned, in what State Department whistleblowers believed to be an effort to hide the true extent of classified information on the former secretary of state’s server.

The changes, which came to light after the first tranche of 296 Benghazi emails was released in May, was confirmed by two sources -- one congressional, the other intelligence. The four emails originally were marked classified after a review by career officials at the State Department. But after a second review by the department's legal office, the designation was switched to "B5" -- also known as "deliberative process," which refers to internal deliberations by the Executive Branch. Such discussions are exempt from public release.

The whistleblowers told intelligence community officials that they did not agree with the B5 changes, and the changes had the effect of shielding the full extent of classified content on the server. The incident was referenced in a Washington Times report mid-August, but this is the first time fuller details have been available. Because the emails are now marked B5, or deliberative, it is impossible to know the content and relevance to the congressional and FBI investigations.

The internal State Department disagreement was so significant that it rose to the level of Under Secretary for Management Patrick Kennedy, who is deeply involved in the email controversy, as Clinton's server arrangement required his formal signoff or tacit approval. Asked who signed off on the private server on Tuesday, State Department spokesman Mark Toner said, "I personally don't know."

another 150+ classified documents........ on the Clinton Foundation server.

AS DR DUDE POSTULATED: Why would the Clinton Foundation have classified emails in their possession? ANSWER: Because they generated the huge amounts of money the Clintons pocketed via bribes, honoraria, foundation donations, insider business deals, consultancies, etc...

That explains why people pledged hundreds of millions of dollars to the Clinton Foundation-—b/c they got valuable US intel in return.

WRT the sell-off of strategic US uranium assets under Hillary’s watch-—the NYT reported the names of uranium investors who donated to the Clinton Foundation:

Canadian Frank Giustra—donated $31.3 million and a pledge for $100 million more to the Clinton Foundation. Giustra built a company that later merged with Uranium One.

Ian Telfer—Canadian donated $2.35 million to the Clinton Foundation. Mining investor who was chairman of Uranium One when an arm of the Russian government, Rosatom, acquired it.

Paul Reynolds—donated $1 million to $5 million to the Clinton Foundation Adviser on 2007 UrAsia-Uranium One merger. Later helped raise $260 million for the company.

Frank Holmes-—donated $250,000 to $500,000 to the Clinton Foundation. Chief Executive of U.S. Global Investors Inc., which held $4.7 million in Uranium One shares in the first quarter of 2011.

Neil Woodyer-—donated $50,000 to $100,000 to the Clinton Foundation. Adviser to Uranium One. Founded Endeavour Mining with Mr. Giustra.

GMP Securities Ltd.-—Donating portion of profits to the Clinton Foundation. Worked on debt issue that raised $260 million for Uranium One.

On a lighter note, CHINA, RUSSIA, NORTH KOREA, IRAN, ETC., HAS ALL THIS INFORMATION and will BLACKMAIL Hillary with threats of full release if she is elected president.

It is apparent that Obama and Clinton are in a high stakes game of “chicken”. All the info I’ve seen is that they really dislike each other. Both have blood all over their hands over the Arab Spring debacles and it’s aftermath, which includes Benghazi. Clinton is 1000 ft deep in bribes, influence peddling and other skull-doggery with the Clinton Foundation.

Obama’s DoJ is leaking this stuff. But you know if Hillary gets pushed too far, she can hurt Obama. I “think” she can. I’m still trying to figure out Obama’s end game.
