Conservatives Furious at Fox, Say Trump Wasn't Treated Fairly
Newsmax ^ | August 7, 2015 | Melanie Batley

Fox News is facing a backlash from conservatives after critics felt the network was biased and unfair in the manner it approached the forum for the Republican presidential candidates' debate Thursday, and namely, Donald Trump.

According to Media Equalizer, tens of thousands of observers swamped social media with criticism of Fox and the moderators, with some comments attracting more than 2,000 "likes."

"This was shameful. You and Fox News did not treat the candidates fairly. You tried to make Donald J. Trump look foolish. All you did was make Fox News look foolish."

"Donald J. Trump still has my vote," said one post which appeared on the network's Facebook page and received over 2,200 "likes" just two hours after it was posted.

Another post representative of the sentiment was addressed to Fox News moderator Megyn Kelly and Fox News. It said the two "should be ashamed of themselves for their unfair demeanor towards Donald Trump. They apparently had their own agenda. Trump still did his thing though! #Trump2016"

"Megyn, you're an embarrassment to journalism. I wanted to watch a presidential debate, not a hit job by you and Fox," another observer wrote.

Twitter was also flooded with criticism of Kelly and Fox.

"Tonight's debate loser: Fox News," said one post.

"#GOPDebate NOT A DEBATE! It's @FoxNews vs @realDonaldTrump! What a disgrace! @magynkelly & @BretBaier shameful! #tcot," said another.

"WTF @FoxNews ???????? THIS DEBATE IS A SETUP TO SLAM EVERYBODY EXCEPT JEB BUSH. YOU SHOULD ALL BE ASHAMED AT THIS JOURNALISTIC DISHONESTY," yet another poster commented.

For his part, Trump lashed out at Kelly on his Twitter page.

freaking ridiculous. asking a guy that has threatened to run third party if he will run as a third party candidate is a no-brainer.

You’re just pissed because it exposed him as the liberal, narcissistic jerk that he is.

Without Trump the other GOP candidates would not be getting much attention. They should thank Trump the “attention whore” for getting them a huge audience. It is up to them to take advantage of the opportunity. No Trump, no audience.

Only difference between CNN and Faux is that CNN actually does a fairly decent job breaking live news stories.

The DC hack McCarthy from NRO has let us know the real end game.

Make Trump apologize to one of Murdoch's media assassins who was instructed by Rupert to destroy him in the debates.
Just like the McCain phony hit by the Same DC elites and Media trolls.

Megyn was on her ...

I nose (I knows). I was making a quip that Megyn "knows". It's a mountain made out of a molehill, because Megyn going hysteric due to PMS is not bleeding. And Trump never said so (although he might have guessed others would go there). Anyway, she drew first blood.

All media reporters are the most fanatical marxists or communists. what you don’t know that? they take jobs as reporters to have a captive audience for their sick ideology.

The media is the enemy.

Imagine yourself to be the most fanatical rabid communist. you want to change the “evil” capitalistic world. But you can’t do anything. so you take a job as this megyn Kelly did so they can this to Trump in front of 27 million. So they can have an affect and help advance their ideology.

He threatened to run third party if he was unfairly excluded from debates as the clear frontrunner. That’s a very correct thing to do. If the far and away frontrunner gets excluded by party apparachiks they should expect him to. SO the premise of her question was misleading, he was not excluded from the debate. She implied if he lost fair contests he would then run third. He never said that.

And the question I was referring to was when she was hammering his with a bunch of sexist sounding quotes. She has no credibility to judge that. And it could have been done to ANY candidate on that stage. It isn’t conservative to do character assassination.
She had a short chance to ask something that mattered. With the state of our nation and the world. That was her big question. It is in the category of boxers or briefs.

The media and the eRepublicans are having no trouble doing some filtering. The operative word is “whatever.” They are using alternative words to specify what that word “whatever” is. And, what did they do? The filtering come up with the word “c_ nt.” The C-word! They would do that. They are bottom feeders when they do that.

What is outrageous is they went straight to the C-word. Trump did not say the C-word. He said “whatever.” They did not stop at “Go.” They did not collect $200 dollars. In my book they should all go straight to jail for slander. In fact, if I were Trump, I would get my army of lawyers
out for the lawsuits.

If I were to substitute the word “whatever” for a word, I would have used the word “ears.” The metaphor of blood coming out of her eyes and ears speaks of the Ebola sickness. There was a sickness that night and it will take the leadership of The Donald to wipe out the virus in American politics.

"If Trump runs third party, he’ll be Ross Perot version 2."

I am not a Trump supporter, I support Cruz- but if he chooses to run third party, and the GOPe runs Bush, Bush might just come in third. If he does run as a third party, I suspect Hillary or Bernie will win.
