Rush Limbaugh wasn’t exactly happy about last night’s debate, and took a few shots at Fox News and Megyn Kelly for how it went down.
Donald Trump and at least one of Kelly’s own colleagues weren’t happy with her line of questioning last night, and Limbaugh pointed out today that Kelly and her co-moderators Bret Baier and Chris Wallace got far more airtime than any of the candidates.
He also brought up Kelly’s question “filled with snark about Jesus” directed at John Kasich.
But what astonished him the most was how the Fox moderators basically made it seem like there’s a Republican “war on women.” And while he didn’t single out any questions in particular, but last night Kelly confronted Trump about his sexist attacks on women and asked Scott Walker, “Would you really let a mother die rather than have an abortion?”

Those were the rules that the Candidates agreed to. If they didn't like them, then they should've all refused to show up for the debate.
As I said, the treatment they received last night is but a tiny amount of what they'll face by the liberal lamestream media.
In that regard, Wallace, Kelly and Baier actually did them a favor. Man up now, or be gone.

There are legitimate threats to the mother's life that warrant abortion--the most common being an ectopic pregnancy (where the fetus develops outside the womb). According to WebMD, this occurs in about 1 of every 50 pregnancies. These are medical emergencies that really can kill the mother fairly quickly if the fetus is not removed.
I also read of a case where a mother had a severe infection, and her physician made the determination that if the baby was not aborted, she would not live (pregnancy suppresses the immune system, reducing the ability to fight infection). In that case, the baby was only 5 months old, and could not have survived outside of the womb.
So, abortions for true "life of the mother" reasons happen in probably fewer than 5% of pregnancies. However, we all know that the pro-"choice" advocates only mention those when their "right" to abort any healthy baby at any time for any flimsy "reason" (the reason usually being that they had sex irresponsibly and did not use contraceptives) is in question. They are perfectly aware that even if birth-control abortions are made illegal right now, abortions for true medical reasons will still be allowed.

Simple solution to the “mother’s life” exception — make it a “defence from prosecution”. In other words, a doctor could perform an abortion to save a woman’s life, but he would then have to convince a jury that it was indeed necessary, if a prosecutor didn’t agree.
I also DVR Stuart Varney. Both him and Dobbs figured bashing Trump was not smart right out of the gate.
Yes, but here is the most significant factor: Trump, certainly, and Cruz also, by virtue of his demonstrated ability to raise substantial funds, are not dependent upon the media, in the way that the "politically correct," candidates are. Program length TV--if properly used--is infinitely more effective than the campaigns that Doyle, Bush II, McCain & Romney waged, with dependence on 30 second sound bites & media controlled events.
