On 4/23/2007, Jim Robinson posted a manifesto, "Giuliani as the GOP presidential nominee would be a dagger in the heart of the conservative movement" (and a knife in the back) . The thread was subtitled, "The only difference in a Liberal Rudy Giuliani and Liberal Hillary Clinton is the fact of which bathrooms they select to use and there are some who are willing to even question that.

JimRob then proceeded to banish all the pro-Rudy posters from FR.

Not true. The pro-Rudy folks intentionally self-immolated to present themselves are martyrs. There were quite a few pro-Rudy folks left untouched, but a vocal subset would intentionally post zot-bait comments and articles just so they could whine about how they were being persecuted. Went off and tried to start another site, which flopped.

I think the Trump crowd are being hoodwinked and are acting against conservative interest. But they're going to be safe from expulsion until they start actually defending Trump's non-conservative positions on the merits.

Nice to see you're finally catching up with threads from last August..obviously you have no life. You know, I purposely took almost a month off from FR over the holidays, because, frankly, this place had started to resemble an asylum, and the lunatics ( Trump supporters) are running it.

So, I touched base back here a few days ago, and what do I find...more of the same idiocy. And now, to you people, Cruz is the devil incarnate..it's sheer lunacy, and there's no point arguing with a closed mind, especially a warped one. Just count the number of threads and posts saying Cruz isn't a natural born American.

You still don't get it. I am 100% for Ted Cruz, but I will back Donald Trump against the GOPe and the mainstream media any day. A lot of people on FR are defending Trump because he is effectively taking on The three biggest threats to this country 1. The really evil mainstream media. 2. The GOPe 3. The open borders that is allowing the unhinged controlled flow of hordes of Mexican, Guatemalan etc killers and criminals of all sorts. This is not about Trump being conservative. We know what his history is. It's about Trump being an effective fighter against our mortal enemies.
