I believe you mean efficacy, not ethicacy. Unless there is a definition for ethicacy I’m missing other than the state or quality of being ethical (no definitions exist in the mainstream dictionaries like Merriam-Webster).
Just an observation, the word stuck out for me because I use the term efficacy all the time working on implantable medical devices.

The safest place for a criminal is a gun-free zone. The safest place for Conservatives (good guys) is where an abundance of guns can be found. Killings at gun shows and gun ranges are close to non-existent. Take the TCMS which has been going on for a number of years. Not a single incident there and there never will be. Why? Because guns guarantee liberty and safety!

Given that liberalism is mental illness, it's a sure thing this utterly crazy and evil man in Lafayette was a registered 'RAT. Although things have changed for the better recently there, Louisiana was stronghold for hussein's party for decades -- Huey Long and David Duke come immediately to mind. This guy was in his late 50s and was probably bred and raised in the longtime 'RAT culture of the Pelican State. The change to Conservatism is a relatively recent transformation.

If it is a muslim at that age I would guess an honor killing? Young daughter at the movies with someone daddy did not approve of? But a domestic dispute seems more likely
