Sounds like someone forgot to post the “No Guns” sign. It was probably posted, they just forgot the "This means criminals and terrorists, too" portion of the sign.

This is at the Grand 16 which is in a busy area of town on a main thoroughfare. According to the report that just broke over local radio the whole area is shut down and multiple people evacuated by ambulance so far...will post add’l info as received.

Thise reports are based on social media posts of self proclaimed witnesses. Could be true. Could also not.
