Well there’s a headline you don’t see ... ever.
Well, there goes my idea of “Cirque D’Armadillo” performance group.
Ok, so how I can I tell if an armadillo has leprosy or not.
Why did the chicken cross the road?
To show the armadillo it could be done.
Which means you shouldn’t scrape them off the highway for taco meat...
Damn! And I was just going to have an Open House for them.
I’m gonna make sure on my next date with an armadillo they’ve been checked first.
Possum on the half-shell...
Same as with people: loss of digits, and facial disfigurement.
That was my exact reaction.
The one's with leprosy leave big tips.
Great minds .... hahahahahaha.
Armadillos don't *have* leprosy, they *carry* the cause of it, without contracting the disease themselves. I've known this since circa 1981-1982, courtesy of the US Army, and the numerous armadillos around Fort Hood, Texas.
Since armadillos *carry* the disease without symptoms, the correct answer is *any* armadillo can potentially infect you with Hansen's disease, and should not be handled without proper precautions...

So it’s still OK to hang out with the ones who don’t have leprosy.
Nothing funner than an armadillo playing charades at your pool party.
First, they came to prevent us from kissing our salmonella infected chickens, but I didn’t say anything because I don’t have chickens.
Then, they came for our leprosy-infected armadillos, but of course, there are no armadillos in Pennsylvania, so I said nothing.
Then they came for our groundhogs, but there was no one left to speak up for me...
The Clinton campaign is in town?
“how can I tell if an armadillo has leprosy or not”.
They wear little bells around their necks to announce their arrival.
